As an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry and driving low-carbon economy and environmental protection, electric vehicles have been increasingly valued in many countries and regions around the world in recent years. With the continuous increase of the number of electric vehicles, the difficulty of charging electric vehicles has become the main bottleneck limiting its popularization and promotion.Wireless charging may gradually replace the traditional wired charging mode in the future due to its advantages of convenience, flexibility, operability and high security. However, the wide application of wireless charging technology still faces many challenges, and electromagnetic compatibility has become an indispensable part of the research of wireless charging technology.Electric vehicle wireless charging may cause electromagnetic field leakage due to its unique working mode.Whether the on-board electronic equipment in it can work normally or not will not only affect the driving and riding experience of the personnel in the vehicle, but also affect the safety and reliability of the vehicle itself. In this paper, the electromagnetic distribution test and simulation work for the electric vehicle wireless charging system has been carried out,and the impact of wireless charging on the on-board electronic equipment has been studied.Firstly, based on SAE J2954 standard,a set of 7.7kW wireless charging system model is established and its electromagnetic distribution is simulated, and the rationality and accuracy of the modeling and simulation methods are verified by actual measurement.Secondly, aiming at the typical vehicle-mounted functional electronic equipment and vehicle-mounted auxiliary control electronic equipment, the working principle and disturbance coupling mechanism affected by wireless charging are analyzed, and a joint simulation model is established.Considering the possible scenarios of door opening and closing, charging mechanism dislocation, etc.in the actual charging application, analyze the electromagnetic distribution change rules and reasons caused by the above factors, and evaluate the impact on it in combination with the working performance indicators of on-board electronic equipment and relevant standards. For vulnerable equipment,a differential suppression measure is proposed, and good shielding effect is achieved. Finally, based on the analysis of static wireless charging,an optimization method is proposed to simulate dynamic wireless charging simulation by modifying the change of charging parameters caused by vehicle movement, and the impact of dynamic wireless charging on on-board auxiliary control electronic equipment is analyzed. With the help of the joint simulation model and simulation method established in this paper, the electromagnetic compatibility of wireless charging to on-board electronic equipment can be effectively analyzed.
