With the development of electric vehicles and smart grid, the technology of bidirectional interaction for energy and information between the electric vehicles and power grid(Vehicle-to-Grid, V2G) has gradually become a hot issue in the energyinformation management. Electric vehicle with V2G capability is no longer just a energy consumer for power grid, electric vehicles can supply power grid for all kinds of ancillary services in case of controlled conditions. The V2G charger is the essential equipment for V2G technology, this paper focus on the research and design of V2G charger, which is of great significance in theory and practical application.Electric vehicle on-board V2G charger is the key equipment to achieve two-way interconnected energy information interaction between electric vehicles and power grid. V2G charger with single-phase reversible full-bridge circuit and dual active bridge structure is detailed designed in this paper, the corresponding structural analysis and charging and discharging control strategy are also presented, a V2G onboard charger prototype is built and the power factor correction in power grid side and constant-voltage or constant-current charging and discharging for battery are achieved, passive devices and snubber circuit is also introduced to optimize electromagnetic interference in V2G charger.Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) of V2G on-board charger is minutely analyzed in this paper, the board-level and system-level EMC simulation process for printed circuit board(PCB) and electronic equipment are presented, signal integrity analysis is realized through SIwave and ANSYS Designer, then the corresponding results is regard as a radiation source to achieve V2G charger system-level EMC cosimulation. Simulation results show that electromagnetic radiation interference is not only associated with the radiation source, but also closely related to the corresponding electronic device structure.The harmonic characteristics of V2G charger monomer and cluster is exhaustive analyzed in this paper, harmonic characteristics of single-phase reversible full-bridge circuit is deduced and of different structures is contrasted, the factors that affect the charging machine harmonics is established by simulation model. The Poisson distribution is used for electric vehicles aggregation feature modeling, then the harmonic characteristics of V2G charger random charging and discharging is analyzed based on Monte Carlo method.
