Research On Optimization Of Industry-finance Integrated Management Of Haier Group’s Supply Chain

In the Internet era,all industries are booming.With the fierce competition among enterprises and the rapidly changing market environment under the influence of the epidemic,it is particularly important to break the information gap and realize scientific decision-making,so as to quickly respond to market changes.Based on this,many enterprises began to pay attention to and build industry and finance integration system.Relying on big data,the industry-finance integration system enables enterprises to make full use of the financial information of various business processes,and helps enterprises to innovate profit models and create more value.At the same time,with the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,supply chain management is increasingly important.How to effectively help enterprises reduce costs and realize resource sharing among enterprises,and build a management system that integrates business and finance closely under the supply chain model is the key.The construction of the supply chain industry and finance integrated management system requires enterprises to optimize the system according to the changes of the industry and the characteristics of the enterprise through continuous research and development,and constantly explore the most suitable for the development of enterprises and help enterprises to create more value comprehensive system.Taking Haier as a case enterprise,this paper first expounds the basic concepts related to the industry-finance integrated management system of the supply chain,then analyzes the development process and improvement approach of Haier’s supply-chain industry-finance integrated management system,and then analyzes the supply-chain industry-finance integrated management system of Haier Group based on the current financial data of Haier Group.It is pointed out that there are some problems such as high proportion of prepaid accounts in current assets in procurement link,low turnover efficiency of inventory and inventory goods in warehousing link,insufficient management of accounts receivable in sales link,relatively high proportion of period expenses and poor timeliness of management.Furthermore,from the five perspectives of chemical financial information system,business information system optimization,organizational structure optimization,supply chain industry-finance integration platform system optimization and construction of coordination committee,the further optimization plan of Haier Group’s supply chain industry-finance integration management system is constructed.To achieve the positive effect of promoting enterprise collaborative sharing,enhancing the information level of warehousing,improving the level of risk management,reducing enterprise costs,improving the timeliness of management and effectively promoting enterprises to achieve further integration of industry and finance.Finally,this paper combines the integrated performance evaluation system of supply chain industry-finance integrated management optimization based on balanced scorecard,and analyzes the effect and applicability of the optimization scheme of Haier Group’s supply chain industry-finance integrated management system according to the deficiencies of the system at the present stage.In this paper,the research of Haier Group’s current supply chain industry-finance integrated management system and the construction of further optimization plan enrich and improve the rational understanding of the supply chain industry-finance integrated management of manufacturing enterprises in terms of theory,and help other scholars to conduct in-depth research on the supply chain industry-finance integrated management in more industries.In practice,it provides a case study of supply chain industry and finance integration management system.Its specific practice and relevant enlightenment can provide a certain degree of reference for manufacturing enterprises who intend to build this management system.Haier’s supply chain industry and finance integration management system optimization road is of great significance,has certain theoretical and practical significance.
