| Under the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutral,the development and utilization of clean energy has become the mainstream trend of energy development in China.With the advantages of zero emissions,wide sources and many applications,hydrogen is the best choice for large-scale and deep decarbonisation in the transport sector,and the development and use of hydrogen has become one of the main strategic directions in the energy transition.In the field of hydrogen production,utilizing renewable energy for large-scale hydrogen production is the future trend of industrial development;In the field of hydrogen application,hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have become the main field of global energy transformation.As an important hub connecting hydrogen production and hydrogen application,hydrogen refueling stations are not only service facilities that provide hydrogen refueling services for fuel cell vehicles,but also hydrogen consumption facilities that require hydrogen production points to supplement hydrogen.However,the current unpopularity and unreasonable layout of hydrogen refueling facilities seriously restrict the development of the industrialisation of hydrogen energy.Based on this background,in order to give full play to the advantages of hydrogen as an energy carrier and secondary energy source,this study took hydrogen refueling facilities as the research object,considered the mode of hydrogen production from renewable energy sources,focused on the layout of hydrogen refueling facilities,and built a market-oriented,economically rational,low-carbon,environmentally friendly,efficient and stable network of hydrogen refueling facilities.The main research contents of this study were as follows.(1)The influencing factors of the network layout of hydrogen refueling facilities had been determined.On the one hand,from the perspective of network nodes,the set of influencing factors for the location of hydrogen refueling facilities was analyzed:the level of petrol stations was considered as the influencing factor for the siting of oil-hydrogen combined stations(hereafter referred to as hydrogen refueling stations),while renewable energy supply and renewable energy hydrogen production technology were considered as the influencing factors for the location of hydrogen production points.On the other hand,the influence of hydrogen storage form and hydrogen transportation mode on the layout of hydrogen refueling network was analyzed from the perspective of the network as a whole.(2)A model for siting hydrogen refueling stations was constructed.Firstly,the application scenarios of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles were divided,and the number of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen refueling demand were estimated under different scenarios.Next,considering constraints such as the service capacity,service radius,and hydrogen supply and demand balance of hydrogen refueling stations,a hydrogen refueling station location model was constructed with the goal of minimizing the construction and operation costs and construction penalty costs.(3)A hydrogen refueling network planning model considering renewable energy for hydrogen production was constructed.The hydrogen refueling network stability function was proposed and established,and a hydrogen refueling network planning model oriented to meet the hydrogen demand at hydrogen refueling stations with the objectives of economy and stability was established.The constraints included hydrogen supply restrictions at renewable energy hydrogen production points,hydrogen storage and transportation mode constraints,and hydrogen demand at hydrogen refueling stations.(4)The hydrogen refueling network layout model based on the renewable energy hydrogen production model was being applied to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,and the hydrogen refueling facility network layout plan was developed.And a sensitivity analysis was conducted on three factors affecting the hydrogen refueling facility network layout:the service radius of hydrogen refueling stations,the service capacity of hydrogen refueling stations,and the efficiency of renewable energy hydrogen production,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the two-stage optimization model were verified.Finally,based on the hydrogen refueling facility network layout scheme and the results of sensitivity analysis,relevant policy recommendations were proposed.The research results and innovations of this paper were as follows:(1)A systematic analysis was conducted on the factors that affect the location of hydrogen refueling facilities and the layout of hydrogen refueling networks,laying the foundation for the selection of influencing factors for similar facility layout planning problems.(2)The objectives of economic and stable layout of hydrogen refueling facility network under renewable energy hydrogen production model were established,providing reference for the formulation of hydrogen refueling facility network layout plan.(3)A two-stage model containing hydrogen refueling station location model and the hydrogen refueling network planning model considering renewable energy hydrogen production was constructed,which effectively matched the hydrogen refueling demand and hydrogen supply,and contributed to the construction of moderately advanced economic,green,efficient,and stable hydrogen refueling facility network. |
