With the national goal of "double carbon",the development of hydrogen energy has been accelerated,and the construction of hydrogen refueling stations has been increasing,leaving a large gap in the operators of hydrogen refueling stations.In this paper,we use digital twin and virtual simulation technology to develop an operation simulation system based on the actual process operation and production facilities of hydrogen refueling station.We use SCADA force control configuration software to develop a two-dimensional system,and through the steps of creating force control configuration interface,defining I/O devices,creating variables,alarm dumping,creating reports,script compilation,network distribution,database connection,etc.,we realize the start-stop control of hydrogen refueling station.The system is developed in Unity3 D as the main development platform and 3D Max as the auxiliary software.It realizes operations such as roaming inspection and accident emergency through animation,perspective control,collision detection,automatic pathfinding,particle effect creation,NPC guidance,database connection and other steps.According to the curriculum standards of colleges and universities,the system sets teaching,practical training and assessment modules,which can realize teaching and training and assessment functions,and cooperate with relevant colleges and universities to carry out experimental courses of hydrogen refueling stations.This set of operation simulation system combines the actual station engineering with digital simulation technology,and realizes the four functions of process simulation,model establishment,human-machine interaction and data interaction based on the safety requirements and training needs,and at the same time,it can be combined with the requirements of relevant professional courses in universities to assist classroom lectures,which can truly realize the combination of lecture,practice and examination.
