With the introduction of intelligent power generation,the operation control and management mode of coal-fired thermal power units has also undergone changes.Power plants are moving towards intelligent and intelligent development.On the basis of widely adopting cloud data centers and big data management platforms,they integrate technologies such as sensor signal diagnosis and fusion,actuator performance testing,and control system quality evaluation to achieve the operational goal of "fewer people on duty,and unmanned patrol inspection.".The continuous iterative upgrading of coal-fired thermal power units directly leads to more stable,accurate,and faster control requirements for units.This directly increases the workload of operating personnel,and requires a higher level of management and operation.Automatic startup and shutdown control system(APS)is an automatic control technology that facilitates more accurate operation,more energy saving,and more efficient operation during the startup and shutdown process of thermal power units.This article takes the 660MW ultra supercritical secondary reheat unit as the research object.Based on the current development status of coal fired thermal power unit APS at home and abroad,the theoretical level of APS is introduced from the perspective of design ideas and overall architecture.Based on this,breakpoint design,division of startup methods,and design of interfaces with other systems are analyzed from the perspective of practical application.Finally,through the design of screen configuration Introduction and logical design of algorithm blocks for on-site application.For the entire water supply system,the design scheme of the entire water supply control system is analyzed,and the specific requirements during the startup and shutdown process are analyzed.The APS is designed in strict accordance with the actual on-site operation conditions.The mixed integer linear programming algorithm is used to optimize the path of the startup process,which has an optimal effect on the startup process of thermal power units,achieving efficient startup of the water supply system,improving the economy of the startup process of units in the context of deep peak shaving,and improving the degree of intelligence of units.For the forced draft fan of a unit,the step-by-step steps in the startup and shutdown process of the forced draft fan module are introduced in detail.Based on the object-oriented autonomous APS design idea,the modular design of the APS functional group of the forced draft fan is carried out to improve the startup and shutdown efficiency.Through the practice of a full excitation simulator,it has been proved that object-oriented autonomy is practical for the design idea of automatic start/stop control technology for forced draft fans.This study has a guiding role in further applying the object-oriented autonomy APS idea to the field of coal-fired units.
