The power industry is the primary source of greenhouse gas emissions in China.With the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" and "building a new power system with new energy as the mainstay",stronger measures need to be taken to reduce carbon emissions from power.As a hub platform for energy conversion,utilization and transmission,the distribution network plays an important role in promoting carbon emission reduction in upstream and even in the whole power industry.In the process of electricity transmission,the distribution network will generate a large number of losses and corresponding carbon emissions.However,the current analysis of loss and carbon reduction of distribution network of J province still has the problems of unclear management problems,unsystematic management mode and unscientific evaluation of carbon reduction benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the management mode and benefit evaluation of loss and carbon reduction of distribution network of J province,which can help the development of carbon emission reduction in power industry.This paper focused on the loss and carbon reduction management of distribution network in J province under the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".Firstly,this paper comprehensively compared the research dynamics of carbon reduction management and benefit evaluation of distribution networks at home and abroad,and summarized the basic theories related to carbon reduction,prediction and comprehensive benefit evaluation of the distribution network.Secondly,this paper analyzed the problems of carbon reduction management in the distribution network of J province through a large number of extensive research to the distribution network of J province.Thirdly,this paper firstly constructed a loss and carbon reduction management model of distribution network in J province based on the problems of the management of the distribution grid in J province,using the IOS model,analyzed the idea,operation and strategies of the management model,and specifically introduced the combined measures for loss and carbon reduction in the distribution grid from three levels:operation,market and operation.Next,a mathematical model was introduced to support the construction of the management model,and a least squares support vector machine optimized by genetic algorithm(GA-LSSVM)was constructed to predict the line loss of J provincial distribution grid;A multi-body line loss sharing model of the distribution network in J province was constructed,and the effectiveness of the model was proved by empirical analysis.Finally,the effectiveness of the application of the loss reduction and carbon reduction management model of the distribution network in J province in 2021 was analyzed.Fourthly,the feedback relationships of three subsystems of economic benefits,social benefits and resource and environmental benefits were analyzed by using the causeeffect loop diagram method,and based on which the evaluation index system of distribution grid loss reduction and carbon reduction benefits in J province was constructed,and the comprehensive weights were calculated by using analytic network process(ANP)and inverse entropy weight method to combine weights,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of distribution grid loss reduction and carbon reduction in J province improved by cloud model was constructed,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of distribution network loss reduction and carbon reduction in J province was constructed,and a horizontal comparison between the benefits of distribution network loss reduction and carbon reduction in J province and other four provinces was made.Fifthly,based on the study of the loss and carbon reduction management model of distribution network in J province and the longitudinal analysis of the evaluation results of the benefit indexes,suggestions for the management countermeasures of loss and carbon reduction of distribution network in J province were proposed.This paper proposed the loss and carbon reduction management model of distribution network in J province,the index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the evaluation of the benefits of loss and carbon reduction of distribution network in J province.After the example analysis,the implementation of the loss reduction and carbon reduction management model of the distribution network in J province was optimized,which makes the management of loss reduction and carbon reduction of the distribution network in J province richer,the model more systematic and comprehensive,and the benefit evaluation more scientific.The research of this paper has strong practicality and promotes the more efficient and low-carbon operation of the distribution network in J province,and provides reference for the management of loss and carbon reduction of distribution network.
