The transformation of energy system is crucial to achieving the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.The only way to transform energy system is to develop low-carbon energy to replace traditional fossil energy.Based on the characteristics of regional integrated energy system absorbing new energy and large-scale centralized energy management and unified scheduling of virtual power plant,this paper proposes a changing heat price-integrated demand response mechanism and multi-low-carbon energy strategy for the energy use side and the energy supply side of regional integrated energy system,and establishes a low-carbon economic scheduling model for virtual power plant taking into account the multi-regional integrated energy system.Through the coordinated dispatching center of virtual power plant,the coordinated operation mechanism of multiregional integrated energy system in virtual power plant and the flexible response characteristics of virtual power plant to external large power grid are analyzed.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly.aiming at the energy-side low-carbon economic scheduling of regional integrated energy system,an optimal scheduling model of regional integrated energy system considering changing heat price-integrated demand response was established,and a heat price adjustment method based on energy-use satisfaction was proposed to realize the collaborative optimization between energy price and comprehensive demand response.The simulation results show that the changing heat price-integrated demand response can not only effectively reduce the peak-valley difference of user load,reduce the fluctuation of electricity load,but also improve the user’s satisfaction with energy use.Combined with the stepped carbon trading mechanism,the low-carbon economic dispatch of the regional integrated energy system is realized.It has guiding significance to adjust the energy purchase price of the regional integrated energy system and realize the low-carbon economic dispatch.Secondly,aiming at the low-carbon economic scheduling of the energy supply side of the regional integrated energy system,the multi-low-carbon energy strategy is proposed.According to the different stages of low-carbon scheduling acting on carbon generation,the low-carbon ways are divided into active low-carbon and passive low-carbon.The active low-carbon includes the use of zero-carbon units and biomass cogeneration units,and the step carbon trading mechanism,while the passive low-carbon reduces carbon emissions through carbon capture equipment.Taking a regional industrial heating park as an example,the economy and carbon emission reduction performance of different lowcarbon dispatching modes were studied.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of multi-low-carbon strategy in low-carbon economic scheduling of regional integrated energy system.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the low-carbon economic scheduling model of virtual power plant including residential park,industrial heating park and business park is established,which includes the multi-regional integrated energy system.With the goal of minimum total economic cost of virtual power plant,the feasibility of virtual power plant responding to the demand of external large power grid and the change of operation scheduling are analyzed.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the optimized scheduling model of virtual power plant,which has certain reference significance for the study of multi-regional multi-energy optimization and cooperative scheduling of virtual power plant.
