| The development of domestic smart communities is still in its early stages and faces some difficulties and problems.For example,the level of community infrastructure construction varies widely,there is a lack of comprehensive community service platforms,and applications have not yet formed a scale.The system design and maintenance of the service platform have not formed a perfect closed loop,and cannot maintain a high service level for a long time.The community did not initially undergo integrated design,and many vertical business systems were gradually added,forming isolated and scattered information islands.Therefore,it is urgently necessary to design an integrated smart community service platform that is scalable,maintainable,and user-friendly.Based on this goal,the main work completed in this article is as follows:(1)Research and design of the integrated smart community service platform.Research and design were conducted on the integration of the smart community service population,functionality,authentication,and data,laying the foundation for the design and implementation of the platform.(2)This paper proposes an improved speech recognition model,LSTM-CNN-CTC,specifically designed for the intelligent voice assistant scenario in smart community service platforms.By combining the characteristics of Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM),Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),and Connectionist Temporal Classification(CTC),the model effectively enhances the accuracy and performance of speech recognition.It achieves favorable performance on noisy speech datasets and children’s speech datasets.(3)The requirements analysis of the smart community integrated service platform is conducted,considering the specific needs of a community in Wuqiang County,Hengshui City.The overall design of the platform,including architecture,functionality,and database,is completed.(4)The detailed design,implementation,deployment,and testing of the smart community integrated service platform are accomplished.The platform is built using the SpringCloud framework.A voice assistant tailored to smart communities is designed and implemented to address interactive issues on the platform.Login and authentication methods that meet different operational requirements of the community are designed and implemented based on the traditional Single Sign-On(SSO)approach and Role-Based Access Control(RBAC).The frontend and backend implementation of modules such as "Family Care," "Community Hospital,"and "Community Forum" is completed,covering both web and WeChat mini-program interfaces.The system of the smart community integrated service platform is deployed on the cloud,followed by comprehensive testing and functional integration. |
