| With the development of smart home and artificial intelligence,the voice system is considered to be one of the important interactive hubs of smart home systems,and has achieved rapid development.At a time when smart home voice products are emerging,how to evaluate the design of a smart home voice product is a topic worth studying.The evaluation research usually judges the performance of the system by measuring the objective technical indicators such as efficiency and success rate from the technical point of view.There are few design assessment studies based on the user’s subjective experience from the perspective of user experience.Intelligent voice speaker is the fastest growing and most mature products in the field of smart home voice.This paper starts with 7 smart speaker products,and studies 69 common tasks.After collecting 51 evaluation indicators through literature analysis,the structural equation model is used to construct an interactive design evaluation system for smart home speech systems.In the evaluation dimension,9 principal component factors were extracted from the 51 evaluation indicators by means of factor analysis,such as guidance mode,guidance efficiency,interaction effect,speech recognition,audio-visual effect,usability,content richness,system control and feedback form.The structural equation model is used to quantify the relationship between latent variables and observed variables,in which the guiding efficiency,interaction effect,usability,speech recognition,feedback form,and audiovisual effects have a strong influence on the user experience,while system control and content the ability to influence richness and guidance is relatively small.At the end of the article,HomePod and Tmall Scorpion Sugar Cubes are taken as examples.The main evaluation indicators obtained from the application study are used to evaluate the design of two smart speakers,and the effectiveness of the main evaluation indicators extracted by the research is verified by the difference test.The research results can provide prediction and reference for the interactive design evaluation of smart home voice system,especially in the field of Chinese smart home voice.The research conclusions are mainly reflected in two aspects:evaluation,which can be used to evaluate the interaction design of existing smart home speech systems;predictions can also be used to predict the effects of interactive design solutions in the development of smart home voice systems. |
