The Segregated Fuel-Oxidizer solid motor is an important technology to achieve dynamic control of motor performance and to ensure propellant insensitivity and high-energy.The mixed combustion chamber is the key structure of the Segregated Fuel-Oxidizer solid motor,and its performance directly affects the overall performance of t the Segregated Fuel-Oxidizer solid motor.The Segregated Fuel-Oxidizer solid motor is to separate fuel rich propellant and oxygen rich propellant into two different combustion chambers.Between the two combustion chambers is a flow regulating device.During operation,the fuel rich gas produced by incomplete combustion of fuel rich propellant enters the mixed combustion chamber through the flow regulating device,and further mixes with oxygen rich gas for combustion,and is discharged through the tail nozzle to generate thrust.Because the mixed combustion in the mixed combustion chamber directly affects the performance of the engine.It is of great significance to the study of the mixed combustion in the mixed combustion chamber of the Segregated FuelOxidizer solid motor.Therefore,the following research work has been carried out in this paper(1)In view of the mixing and combustion characteristics of fuel rich gas and oxygen rich gas in the Segregated Fuel-Oxidizer solid motor,a suitable mathematical model and calculation method are proposed in this paper,and the model is verified,and the evaluation method of mixing degree and combustion efficiency is proposed.Combined with the evaluation method,the mixing characteristics and combustion performance of the mixed combustion chamber are analyzed.(2)The three-dimensional model of the Segregated Fuel-Oxidizer solid motor is established,the physical model is reasonably simplified,and the FLUENT MESHING is used to mesh it,so as to meet the requirements and accuracy of the calculation.On this basis,the gas particle two-phase mixing flow in the mixed combustion chamber was studied by using FLUENT software.(3)By changing the structure and particle diameter of the mixed combustion chamber of the Segregated Fuel-Oxidizer solid motor,the two-phase cold flow in the mixed combustion chamber was numerically simulated.The simulation results were compared and combined with the mixing degree evaluation method,the flow field in the mixed combustion chamber and the law of two-phase flow mixing were obtained.(4)Based on the Eddy Dissipation Combustion(EDC)model and particle surface reaction model,the combustion characteristics of the Segregated Fuel-Oxidizer solid motor were investigated.By changing the particle diameter and the structural parameters of the combustion chamber,the combustion in the combustion chamber was numerically simulated,and the parameters of the three-dimensional combustion flow field were obtained.The effects of different combustion structures on motor performance were analyzed,and the efficient combustion structures were explored,which laid a foundation for engine design and research.
