This thesis mainly studies and analyzes the significance of the factors affecting the temperature rise of the connectors of new energy vehicles,Firstly,combined with the relevant knowledge of heat transfer,the thermal parameters of the connector are calculated,the thermoelectric simulation analysis of the connector is analyzed by finite element analysis software,the temperature rise of the connector under the rating/overload condition is explored,the temperature rise factor tree is constructed to retroactively trace the temperature rise factors affecting the connector,the simulation analysis under single factor is carried out,the experimental design in statistical theory is applied,and the temperature rise change of the connector is analyzed to determine the presence of a significant temperature rise influencing factor,and multi-factor interaction research is carried out around the significance of the factor.Finally,the factor model and the optimal combination are obtained.Through the research,it is found that the four factors of current,cable cross section,contact resistance,and terminal material have a significant impact on the temperature rise of the connector,and the shell material has no significant effect on the temperature rise of the connector.The full factorial test was conducted to study the significance of multi-factor temperature rise under the interaction,and finally concluded that the factors contact resistance,terminal material,external current,and cable cross-section are all significant,and all have significance under the second-order interaction effect.The order is:external current>contact resistance>cable cross-section>terminal material,construct mathematical model equations and significant relations,optimize the connector design parameters on the model according to actual standards and requirements,and obtain the optimal target combination(contact resistance 0.22mΩ,the terminal material is silver-plated copper,the external current is 200A,and the cable cross-section is 50mm2),which quickly helps research and design personnel to carry out targeted thermal design,and provides scientific and sustainable solution research for design ideas and problem queries.
