Risk Management Study Of Architecture Design For Smart Home With Edge-Cloud Collaboration Of H Company

In the era of IoT,many IoT solution companies or home appliance manufacturing companies are engaged in smart home system projects.Smart home projects,especially those involving edge-cloud collaboration,are generally characterized by a large number of functional modules and complex end-cloud interactions,so they involve a large number and wide range of risk factors,but currently many companies have not established a perfect project risk management system,and there are numerous project risk hazards,which can easily lead to project failure.Therefore,this paper is dedicated to provide a set of effective processes for the risk management of smart home system projects.This thesis takes the architecture design for smart home system with edge-cloud collaboration of H company as the study goal for risk identification,including assessment and control.At the stage of risk identification,the entire project is first dissected using the HHM hierarchical holographic modeling method,and then apply the expert analysis method to discriminate all the risk factors,making the risk factors more comprehensive and detailed.In the risk assessment stage,all risk factors are firstly classified into three risk levels according to the developed risk level classification criteria,and then use the Borda method to priority ranking the risk knots under these three levels respectively.In the risk control stage,corresponding response strategies and countermeasures are given to the identified risk factors one by one,and the project is monitored for risk,focusing on risk events with high probability of occurrence or large impact range.This paper has thoroughly regulated the risks associated with the project through the utilization of a risk management strategy of risk identification,assessment,and control.This thesis study aims to find an efficient and practical risk management method for smart home system architecture design project based on edge-cloud collaboration of H company,to enhance the project risk management level to safeguard the completion of the project,as while to set a risk management example for other software projects of H company as well as smart home projects of other companies in the industry.
