| Recent years,digital technologies such as big data and cloud computing have accelerated innovation and increasingly integrated into various fields of economic and social development,profoundly changing the production and organizational methods of enterprises.Digital technology drives the flow of all factors through data flow,and data fusion drives the integration of industrial chains,reducing transaction costs and opening up industrial cycles.With the widespread coverage and strong penetration of digitalization throughout the industry,the energy and power industry has chosen to undergo digital and intelligent transformation.Therefore,in this context,as a key state-owned enterprise that is closely related to the lifeline of the national economy and national energy security,State Grid urgently needs to continuously adjust its business methods and improve its management level through digital and intelligent transformation,in order to help improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise operation and development.In the context of digital transformation,this article selects State Grid Company A as the research object,focusing on the impact mechanism of digital transformation on performance and the impact of digital transformation on the performance of State Grid Company A.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing relevant literature research,defining concepts,and introducing relevant theories,this article starts with the analysis logic of sustainable development theory,strategic management theory,synergy theory,and value chain theory,and constructs a theoretical analysis framework from three levels: strategic,management,and operational.Secondly,taking State Grid Company A as a specific case,this study analyzes the impact mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise performance,and discusses the strategic impact path from three levels: overall,business,and functional;Elaborated on the impact paths of management level from three aspects:management collaboration,business collaboration,and financial collaboration;The impact paths at the operational level were elaborated from the aspects of research and development,manufacturing,marketing,and service.Finally,analyze the impact of digital transformation on performance from four aspects: governance capability,management efficiency,comprehensive benefit contribution,and service capability.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: first,this paper uses case study method to analyze the impact of digital intelligence transformation on enterprise performance.Secondly,by analyzing the mechanism of the impact of the mathematical intelligence transformation on enterprise performance,this paper constructs an analysis framework of the impact mechanism of the mathematical intelligence transformation on enterprise performance.First,the data analysis in this paper is based on the example of State Grid Company A,so there are some limitations compared with the data of State Grid Company,the selection of indicators is basically related to the general financial indicators,the indicators are still relatively single,but the corresponding indicators are still not sufficiently condensed. |
