Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Sharing In Automotive Supply Chain Enterprises Under Blockchain Environment

In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is regarded as an important strategic resource for enterprise development.Enterprises constantly explore,utilize knowledge,improve the level of enterprise knowledge reserve,so as to consolidate the competitive position of enterprises in the industry.With the continuous updating of technology and refinement of knowledge,enterprises cannot have all the knowledge needed for innovation by themselves.Internal knowledge and external knowledge enjoy the same status.Therefore,knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises has become an important way for enterprises to seek innovation.Due to the large number of participants in the automotive supply chain and the complex participation process,the automotive supply chain enterprises have great advantages in using blockchain technology to share knowledge.Enterprises support knowledge sharing among multiple partners through blockchain technology,ensuring traceability of products in the supply chain.Therefore,it is of great help to explore the factors influencing knowledge sharing among enterprises in the automotive supply chain under the environment of blockchain to improve the effect of knowledge sharing among enterprises.This paper reviewed and sorted out the research status at home and abroad,took automobile supply chain enterprises as the research object,and studied the influencing factors of automobile supply knowledge sharing under the blockchain environment based on relevant theories.Firstly,the concept and theory of block chain and supply chain are expounded.Then,a theoretical model of influencing factors of enterprise knowledge sharing in the automotive supply chain under the blockchain environment was constructed.A total of 357 valid questionnaires were collected by referring to the mature scale of existing studies.Descriptive statistics and reliability and validity analysis of the data were carried out by using relevant statistical software.Finally,AMOS24.0 software was used to build a structural equation model to verify the relationship between various factors,confirm the factors affecting knowledge sharing of automotive supply chain enterprises in the blockchain environment,and then confirm how to realize knowledge sharing more effectively in the blockchain environment.The study found that blockchain technology effectiveness,human resources,network relations,knowledge complexity,knowledge sharing willingness to promote knowledge sharing.And knowledge sharing willingness plays an intermediary role in human resources,knowledge complexity and knowledge sharing behavior.Based on the increasing demand of supply chain enterprises for knowledge sharing efficiency and data security,it is meaningful for enterprises to carry out knowledge sharing activities through blockchain technology.
