At present,the innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises in China is relatively lagging behind,and the essence of innovation is the process of knowledge application.Efficient and scientific innovation tools all have a common feature-cross-border knowledge search.However,there are many problems in cross-border knowledge search at present,such as fuzzy function definition,fuzzy domain boundary,fuzzy knowledge carrier,and unsystematic retrieval methods.Therefore,it is urgent to sort out a set of scientific and systematic cross-border knowledge search models and apply them to the process of product technology optimization of manufacturing enterprises.This thesis first puts forward six key issues on the basis of theoretical research on cross-border knowledge search,which are why cross-border knowledge search should be conducted,where to conduct knowledge search,what kind of knowledge to conduct cross-border search,what is the carrier of knowledge search,how to conduct cross-border knowledge search,and how to deal with the searched knowledge;Then it discusses six key issues of cross-border knowledge search technology from three aspects,namely,the goal and definition before cross-border,the retrieval method when cross-border,and the knowledge integration after cross-border.In the process optimization problem solving model based on cross-border knowledge search technology,firstly,the problem process is identified through the process flow program analysis of industrial engineering theory,"5W1H" and "ECRS";Secondly,through functional analysis and causal chain analysis,find out the key reasons of the problem process;Thirdly,we apply the FBS retrieval method and knowledge distance retrieval method in cross-border knowledge search technology to find advanced technical solutions;Then,entropy weight method is applied to evaluate the integrated technical solutions,so as to form a complete set of process optimization problem solving models for identifying problems,analyzing problems,solving problems and selecting optimal solutions.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified by taking the manufacturing process of the mandatory double horizontal shaft mixing plant of H Company as an example.The optimized scheme reduces the product quality defects,shortens the production time,reduces the waste rate of materials and the complexity of the production process.It is verified that the product process optimization model based on cross-border knowledge search technology can provide a complete and feasible problem solving process for product process optimization,quickly guide designers to find innovative solutions,and has important guiding significance for product optimization and innovation.
