Research & Development Of Knowledge Base System For The Design Of Aircraft Assembly Tooling

Assembly tooling is necessary for the assembly of aircraft,which is vital to the cycle and the quality of aircraft assembly.With the development of knowledge-based economy,knowledge has gradually become an important competitiveness for the development and innovation of aviation manufacturing enterprises.It is of great significance to build the knowledge base system in line with the enterprise itself and realize knowledge sharing and inheritance to improve the efficiency and quality of aircraft assembly tooling design.According to an aircraft manufacturing enterprise's requirements for the knowledge base management system of aircraft assembly tooling design,the paper studied knowledge representation,knowledge acquisition and knowledge search method of tooling design knowledge,designed and developed the knowledge base system for the design of aircraft assembly tooling.The main contents of this paper are:(1)Through a comprehensive analysis of the research actuality on knowledge representation,knowledge store and knowledge search methods,the paper analyzed the requirements of the knowledge base manage system for the design of aircraft assembly tooling,designed the framework and struct of the system,built the use case diagram and function diagram of the system;(2)Based on the analysis of the design flow of aircraft assembly tooling,design knowledge is classified,ontology is applied to the representation of knowledge,and the ontology model of the system is built,the acquisition methods of knowledge are studied for conceptual knowledge and factual knowledge;(3)Applied full-text search to the search of design knowledge to make up for the deficiency of knowledge search at present,constructed the retrieval model and designed the index structure pf the knowledge base system;(4)Designed and accomplished the knowledge base manage system for the design of aircraft assembly tooling,and deployed and used in aviation enterprise.Through the above research,the standardized management of tooling design knowledge is realized,which improves the acquisition speed and quality of design knowledge,realizes knowledge sharing and reuse,effectively improves the speed and standardization of aircraft assembly tooling design,and reduced the cost and cycle of product.
