Converting human mechanical energy from human motions into available electrical energy for portable electronics has always been a hot topic in energy harvesting research.Most of human mechanical energy harvesters existed are designed as non-resonant,mainly focusing on the sliding structure of magnetics,rolling structure of magnetics or the spring-assisted vertical movement structure of magnets,which have the disadvantages of high material wear,low frequency bandwidth,low sensitivity and low output power.In order to harvest human mechanical energy efficiently,a non-resonant triboelectric-electromagneticpiezoelectric Hybrid Energy Harvester is proposed in this paper.The composite energy harvester is a nonlinear system based on the monostable nonlinear frequency broadening technique,which can broaden the frequency bandwidth by utilizing the phenomenon of the resonance peak shift of the amplitude-frequency curve of the nonlinear system,and the non-mechanical contact characteristics of magnetic suspension structure not only effectively reduce the material wear,but also improve the sensitivity of the energy harvester.In addition,three energy conversion mechanisms(Triboelectric nanogenerator,TENG),(Electromagnetic nanogenerator,EMG)and(Piezoelectric nanogenerator,PENG)are simultaneously driven by a central suspended magnet,which effectively reduces the energy dissipation,improves the overall output energy and energy conversion efficiency of the device.Through the design of multiple zigzag structures and the doping treatment of the friction film in the TENG,which can not only increase the output power and enhance the low-frequency response characteristics of energy harvesters.The use of piezoelectric energy harvesters to work as an auxiliary energy harvesting unit to capture vibration energy,which contribute to a higher output performance.According to the electrical test system designed,the electrical performance of the composite energy harvester was tested,and the relevant functional test was carried in this paper.The non-resonant human mechanical harvester designed in this paper can realize the conversion of human mechanical energy to electrical energy,which provided a further reference for collecting the mechanical energy of human movement.At the same time,the designed energy harvester has certain practical application value and practical significance for realizing the self-powered portable electronics. |
