| At the end of the defense,energy transfer weapons use dense barrage to intercept targets.Research has shown that increasing the radio frequency of external energy transfer weapons and reducing projectile dispersion are the main means to improve interception hit rates.However,increasing the radio frequency can also cause greater fluctuations in the rotational speed of the rotary tube weapon,leading to poorer projectile dispersion.Therefore,suppressing the rotational speed fluctuations of the rotary tube weapon is of great significance for improving the efficiency of end defense interception.The main research content of this thesis is as follows:(1)Analyze the composition and shooting principle of the external energy transfer tube weapon system,and clarify that the fluctuation of the driving motor speed caused by changes in load resistance torque is the main reason for the fluctuation of the transfer tube weapon speed;A shooting deviation model and a calculation model for vertical target density under rotational speed fluctuations are established.The actual motor speed fluctuation data during the shooting process of a certain type of rotary tube weapon are used for calculation.The results showed that the dispersion of the weapon in direction and height are 1.85 mil and0.16 mil,respectively.This proves that suppressing the fluctuation of driving motor speed can reduce the dispersion of rotary tube weapon shooting.(2)A control model for the drive motor of the rotary tube weapon is established to address the issue of load fluctuations leading to speed fluctuations in the drive motor,and automatic disturbance rejection control is introduced.After improving the commonly used fal function in the auto disturbance rejection controller,a drive motor speed loop auto disturbance rejection controller is designed;Finally,a Simulink simulation model is established to verify the effectiveness of the controller in suppressing speed fluctuations.(3)In response to the problem of excessive parameters and complex calculations in autodisturbance rejection controllers,an RBF neural network is proposed to be applied to the online optimization of auto-disturbance rejection controller parameters.Simulation experiments using Simulink have shown that compared to classical ADRC,ADRC combined with RBF neural network has a more prominent suppression effect on speed fluctuations.(4)We have built a comprehensive testing platform for external energy transfer weapons,and conducted performance tests on traditional PID controllers and automatic disturbance rejection controllers based on RBF neural networks on this platform.The experimental results show that compared to traditional PID controllers,when the motor set speed is 500r/min,the speed fluctuation decreases from 25% to 13%;When the set speed is 833r/min,the speed fluctuation decreases from 20% to 11%;When the set speed is 1000r/min,the speed fluctuation decreases from 18.7% to 10%.Finally,the test data is substituted into the vertical target density model for calculation,and the results showed that the dispersion of the projectile is significantly reduced,proving the effectiveness of this control method in improving the shooting accuracy of external energy transfer tube weapons. |
