| As a memorandum of urban memory,In the current process of urban reconstruction,it has been transformed from demolition and construction in the past to micro-renovation and micro-renewal in the process of urban renewal,it has always been the "root" of urban regeneration.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has also given important instructions on the protection of historical and cultural heritage, making the preservation and living transformation of historical and cultural districts particularly necessary and urgent.Based on the above background, this thesis takes the historic and cultural district of Xinmin Street in Changchun as the research object, and explores design strategies suitable for the heritage conservation and living transformation of Xinmin Street under the perspective of micro-renewal design concept. The design strategies for micro-renewal of historical and cultural districts are summarized by elaborating the concepts and practical cases of micro-renewal in historical and cultural districts at home and abroad. The design principles of systematicity, macroscopic, locality, heritage and vibrancy are proposed, and specific micro-renewal design strategies are proposed in four aspects: fine-tuning spatial relationships, architectural conservation and renewal, optimized road systems and restoring the landscape of the blocks. This thesis uses the methods of documentary and field research to analyze the geographical location, history, resources and current issues of Xinmin Street.Based on the above design principles and design strategies, the micro-renewal is used as an entry point for the design of the heritage conservation and living transformation of Changchun Xinmin Street. The design of Xinmin Street,as a calling card of Changchun city, will be integrated into the city in a new and more dynamic way. Finally, the design experience of the heritage conservation and living transformation of Changchun Xinmin Street from the perspective of micro-renewal is summarized, providing new ideas and references for the conservation and renewal of historical and cultural districts in China through the research of this thesis. |
