Research On Interaction Design Of Intelligent Campus Service Products Based On Mental Model

Because of its integrity,interconnection and efficiency,smart campus has gradually become the main direction of campus management and development in the new era.However,there are still some problems in the construction of smart campus,such as incomplete infrastructure,low user satisfaction and low degree of campus culture correlation.There is still a lot of room for improvement in technology application,product design and demand research.In this context,this paper takes the user mental model theory as the breakthrough point,combs and explains the concept characteristics,model construction methods and the combination with the design field respectively.Then,this paper takes smart campus APP as the specific research object of service interactive products.Through qualitative and quantitative research,the design status and usage of smart campus APP are studied.Through testing and analyzing the visual perception,behavior and emotion of the users,and drawing the affinity map,the research on the mental model of campus users is realized.Then,according to the product survey and user mental model,the interface design principle of combining layout aesthetic feeling with campus culture,the information structure principle based on user mental space,and the error correction principle of improving interactive fluency are proposed.Finally,this paper summarizes four smart campus APP design methods:demand positioning through user analysis;Develop functional framework and conceptual design according to requirements;Quickly discover logic problems and evaluate usability through prototype interface preview;From the interface humanization,details interesting,interactive diversification and other aspects of feedback optimization.The design of campus APP is a dynamic whole integrating users,products,designers,environment and many other factors.It is the design of smart campus tools,and more importantly,the design of lifestyle of campus users and the way of connecting users with campus culture.
