With the accelerating pace of modern life and the increasing pressure of life, the problem of mental sub-health is becoming more and more prominent, and the proportion of students with mental sub-health in colleges and universities is also increasing year by year.As the society pays more and more attention to the physical and mental health of college students, the intervention of psychological sub-health students has become an urgent topic to be studied in colleges and universities. However, the research on psychological sub-health intervention mainly focuses on the fields of medicine, psychology, neuroscience, sports rehabilitation and so on.Through the use of design thinking, this thesis explores the application of psychological intervention theory and interaction design method in campus facility design,so as to help the students with sub-mental health to self-regulate and achieve the purpose of relaxation and stress relief. This study mainly adopts the methods of user survey, field research and literature research.Firstly, through questionnaire and in-depth interview, this thesis investigated and analyzed the characteristics of psychological sub-health of college students in Beijing, the ways of self-regulation and the status of school psychological service.Secondly, the existing psychological intervention and treatment methods in Anding Hospital of Beijing Capital Medical University and Campus Psychology Center of Beijing University of Technology were investigated and consulted.Using the systematic thinking of service design, this thesis analyzes the pain points of students in the process of receiving the campus psychological services by using the user journey chart, and finds that the campus psychological center has the problems of difficult reservation and limited service for students.Through consulting the literatures of emotional and behavioral intervention methods,it is found that breathing relaxation training method is beneficial to nerve regulation and emotional relaxation. Therefore, based on the interaction design PACT model, the behavior and needs of students with sub-mental health in the campus scene are fully considered, and the design analysis is carried out from four elements, namely,PEOPLE,ACTIVITY,CONTEXT and TECHNOLOGY.Combined with the design principles of public facilities, the breathing relaxation training principle is integrated into the campus public facilities, and the sensing technology of the Internet of Things is applied to provide visual and auditory stimulation to users from the three aspects of sound, light and electricity.Through information feedback of multi-sensory channels, students can be guided to carry out breathing relaxation training independently, which is not only convenient for students to relax themselves and adjust their psychology, but also alleviates the problem of shortage of human resources in psychological center. In this thesis, the psychological intervention method is applied to the public facilities on campus. At the same time,a human-centered multi-sensory interactive feedback scheme is designed to enhance the user’s experience. This thesis puts forward a new way of thinking and a new scheme to discuss the decompression of psychological sub-health in colleges and universities, which is of reference significance to the research in this field.
