As a new type of differential pressure flow measurement instrument,Porous Flowmeter of Balance and the traditional differential pressure throttling instrument,compared with the permanent pressure loss is small,straight section requirements are low,can balance the adjustment of the flow field,dirt-resistant and not easy to plug,a wide range of applications and other advantages,is widely used in many areas of flow measurement.At present,the Porous Flowmeter of Balance does not have complete structural parameters design guidelines and complete optimization design guidelines,in the actual engineering applications used in the Porous Flowmeter of Balance are to be designed and optimized individually according to different conditions,resulting in a large workload and low efficiency.To address the structural optimization design of the Porous Flowmeter of Balance,the thesis uses Solid Works,COMSOL and Bayesian optimization algorithm to realize the automatic modeling,simulation and optimization of the Porous Flowmeter of Balance with the cooperation of multiple software.Firstly,the overall automatic modeling simulation optimization scheme design was carried out for the Porous Flowmeter of Balance,and a suitable joint working software was selected.Through fluid mechanics,the factors affecting the performance of the Porous Flowmeter of Balance were analyzed,and five structural parameters affecting the performance of the flowmeter were determined: equivalent diameter ratio,number of open holes around the hole,center hole to surrounding hole area ratio,surrounding hole distribution circle diameter and orifice plate thickness.Solid Works software is used to parametrically model the porous balance flowmeter,and the volume of the throttle in the cylindrical flow field is removed by Boolean subtraction command to establish the simulated flow field model,and the automatic modeling software is written;COMSOL Link for Solid Works is used to import the three-dimensional modeling,and then the flow field meshing and CFD simulation are carried out,through the porous balance flowmeter The test model structure is simulated and analyzed in COMSOL,and the simulation results of COMSOL are verified to be consistent with the theoretical results,and the corresponding automatic simulation program is exported via Link for MATLAB on this basis.Using MATLAB as the main platform,the automatic modeling,automatic simulation and Bayesian optimization algorithm of the Porous Flowmeter of Balance are combined to build an automatic modeling simulation optimization system of the Porous Flowmeter of Balance.The adopted Bayesian optimization algorithm can find out the structural parameters of the Porous Flowmeter of Balance that meet the minimum pressure loss ratio more quickly under the limited number of modeling and simulation.Subsequently,the optimization results were verified by simulation and 3D printing prototype experiments,and the comparison of the two results showed that the corresponding pressure difference and pressure loss tended to be the same,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the automatic modeling and simulation optimization system of the Porous Flowmeter of Balance.The paper introduces Bayesian optimization from machine learning hyperparametric optimization to CFD optimization and establishes a multi-software joint automatic modeling simulation optimization system,which provides a new idea for the simultaneous optimization design of multiple structures of Porous Flowmeter of Balance.
