| In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of safety accidents caused by bridge aging and other factors,more and more attention has been paid to the management and maintenance of bridges.To ensure the safe operation of the bridge,it is necessary to carry out operation and maintenance management including information management and finite element analysis.However,the traditional civil structure operation management technology has problems such as a low degree of informatization and poor synergy.The finite element analysis technology also has the shortcomings of low modeling efficiency and high software usage threshold.As an emerging informational technology,BIM technology has great advantages in model establishment,visualization and information interaction,but most of the current BIM software does not have the function of structure analysis.Therefore,combining BIM technology and finite element technology can improve the efficiency and level of bridge management and maintenance.This paper explores and studies the bridge operation and maintenance technology based on BIM and finite element analysis.The main research content and results are as follows:(1)Summarized the research status of BIM secondary development,clarified the theoretical basis of Revit software development,combined with C# programming language and Visual Studio integrated development environment to design the process of Revit software development;(2)Completed bridge operational BIM model parametric design of components,designed the SQL Server database and data table structure to store the model and monitoring information,developed bridge operation information management visualization interface program,through the program implemented in Revit model of information coding,storage,and view,monitoring data import and display function;(3)Developed BIM finite element visual analysis interface program based on parametric design language and batch processing mode of ANSYS software.Through this program,the functions of finite element model transformation,structural static,dynamic and modal analysis,and finite element analysis result visualization are successively accomplished,realizing the whole process of finite element analysis in Revit.(4)Applied the bridge operation and maintenance technology based on BIM and finite element analysis in the monitoring project of the Martyrs River Bridge.Established the BIM model of Martyrs River Bridge.Based on the model,the bridge operation and maintenance information visualization management are completed,and the finite element visualization analysis is carried out in Revit. |
