At present,cardiovascular disease is one of the most important diseases which affect the health conditions of Chinese people.Interventional therapy is the main treatment for cardiovascular disease.Interventional guidewire is a kind of medical instrument widely used in percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and CTO guidewire is dedicated to the treatment of chronic complete occlu A 型 le A 型 s(CTO).In order to assist the engineering design of CTO guidewires.A guidewire model based on multi-rigid body dynamics which can simulate and calculate the clinical performance indexes of guidewires according to the design parameters of guidewires was proposed.At the same time,a guidewire test equipment was designed to conduct the guidewire clinical performance related experimental research with the guidewire model.The research content of this paper includes the following three aspects:1.After analyzing the clinical performance expres A 型 requirements and the structural design of CTO guidewires,A general guidewire model was proposed.The model can complete the calculation of clinical performance indicators according to the guidewire design parameters.The model is based on the articulated rigid rod model.The design parameters of the guidewire can be effectively simulated by defining the properties of each rigid rod.The dynamic indexes of the moving guidewire can be calculated by using the multi-body dynamic solution method.According to the simulation requirements of different clinical performance,the guidewire model can be built for simulation calculation of specific indicators based on the simulation environment.After the model was established,the feasibility of the guidewire model in dynamic simulation was verified by an experiment.2.Based on the test requirements of guidewire clinical performance indicators,the design and construction of guidewire test equipment were completed after comparing the structural design of guidewire intervention equipment in existing studies.The equipment is divided into upper computer,conveying device,testing device and test module.The equipment can choose the corresponding test module to fit the requirements of different test project.The conveying device and testing device can be used to feeding of guidewire and data measurement.The upper computer can process and analysis the test data.The device integrates four clinical performance testing functions,including flexibility,lubricity,durability,penetrability.3.The flexibility,lubricity,durability and penetrability of multi-type guidewires were measured by test equipment.The design parameters of the guidewire were abstracted into the model parameters of the guidewire model based on the test results of flexibility and lubricity.The influence of different design parameters on the clinical performance indicators of the guidewire was studied by the experiments of the durability and the penetrability.Then,According to the test environment of the durability and the penetrability,the guidewire model was established for these two clinical performance tests based on the general guidewire model.The simulation calculation of the two clinical performance indicators was completed with the design parameters of multi-type guidewires in the experiment.By comparing the experimental data with the simulation results,the feasibility of the guidewire model of the two clinical performance test is verified.Finally,the possible influence of guidewire design parameters on clinical performance was further studied by using guidewire model and the possible optimization direction of CTO guidewire components was summarized based on the analysis results.
