The development of Internet technology and big data has brought about innovations in consumption patterns,and consumer demand has become increasingly diversified and personalized.In a highly dynamic and unpredictable market environment,the value creation activities of enterprises are not only restricted by their own conditions,but also affected by customers,upstream and downstream enterprises and other related parties.Facing the changeable external environment,the value network theory emphasizes the co-creation,sharing and complementary advantages of each subject,which not only brings continuous innovation power and resources to large enterprises,but also provides many small and medium-sized enterprises in the value network with more development opportunities.With the deepening of the integration of the Internet and traditional industries,the value network model has become an important strategy for the sustainable development of enterprises.Studying the value creation activities of the enterprises in the core position in the network is of great significance to the overall development of the value network while enriching the relevant theoretical research.The structure of the article is arranged as follows: First,the related theories and existing researches on value network and enterprise value creation are sorted out.Secondly,taking Midea Group as the research object,then introducing the background of the formation of Midea’s value network,and using the life cycle theory to deconstruct the evolution path and status quo of the value network in the four stages of the enterprise life cycle.Third,introducing the impact of value network on enterprise value creation activities from the three dimensions of finance,customers and innovation.The financial dimension includes improving financing efficiency,investment efficiency and operational efficiency,the customer dimension includes improving customer satisfaction and market share,and the innovation dimension includes improving the R&D system and increasing innovation achievements.Finally,using EVA model,discounted free cash flow model,Du Pont analysis system,brand value evaluation and MVA model to verify that the construction of value network has a positive effect on the improvement of enterprise value creation ability.Through the above research,this paper draws the following conclusions: Firstly,value network has the distinct characteristics of dynamic changes.Second,the value network optimizes the value creation mode of the enterprise.Third,the value network improves the value creation ability of the enterprise.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions for building a value network,that is,enterprises can fully tap the market potential of the value network,consolidate and expand the strategic alliance advantage of the value network,establish and improve the information sharing mechanism of the value network,and establish a mutually beneficial and win-win situation for the value network to build and improve the value network.The research significance of this paper has two aspects: theoretical and practical.From the theoretical aspect,the research on value network in this paper closely combines the trend of new economic development,supplements the analysis of the impact of value network on specific value creation activities,and can provide new ideas and theoretical support for enterprise management.Through quantitative research and the explanation of the real operating conditions of enterprises,the economic benefits brought by the value network can be explained more intuitively,and the research conclusions can be more convincing.From a practical point of view,the home appliance industry is an important part of the manufacturing industry.Studying the construction of Midea Group’s value network and how to create value through the value network can provide some references for the overall strategic layout and strategic transformation of home appliance companies.In future research,the multi-case analysis methods and empirical analysis can be used to test the universality and accuracy of the conclusions of this paper and extend the research scope of the value network again.
