Miniaturization and integration of detection components and achieving efficient target damage have always been an important direction in the development of intelligent ammunition fuze technology.Monolithic millimeter wave fuzes are small in size, easy to mass produce.Meanwhile, this kind of fuzes have the characteristics of all-weather operation and little impact from weather factors. Thus,it can occupy an important position in the field of ammunition. In current air defense operations, air combat units are developing towards low reflectivity and high concealment. However, active jamming signals can mask the echo signals of targets, seriously affecting the performance of the short-range air defense ammunition fuze detection system.Aiming at the above problems, this paper conducts in-depth research on target scattering characteristics and anti electromagnetic interference methods based on monolithic integrated millimeter wave detection devices. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Considering the need of small caliber short-range air defense ammunition fuzes,a monolithic millimeter wave detection system is designed with a single integrated RF chip as the core.Using a single integrated RF chip to build a single millimeter wave detection device. At the same time, analyzing the principle of triangular wave linear frequency modulation continuous wave ranging system.Establishing a transceiver system based on microstrip antennas, and confirming that the antenna parameters basically meet the technical requirements through HFSS simulation analysis. Finally, the influencing factors of the detection system error are analyzed and the ranging simulation is completed according to the system parameters.(2)To study the near-field scattering characteristics of typical targets in the air and solve the problem that traditional algorithms cannot accurately predict the scattering field of complex targets,a target scattering solution algorithm based on GOPO hybrid algorithm is adopted.Subsequently, the radar cross section of the target is defined and the scattering near field conditions are analyzed.Based on the physical optics method, the ray tracing idea of the geometric optics method is introduced.Afterwards, the calculation formula of the hybrid algorithm is derived. The accuracy of the algorithm is verified by using the scattering field prediction of a cube and a trihedral corner reflector.Thereby the scattering fields of the Coyote "Block 1B" patrol missile and the Dajiang "MAVIC Air2" unmanned aerial vehicle are estimated and the effects of frequency, polarization mode, and intersection angle on the scattering characteristics of the target are analyzed.(3)Aiming at the problem that active jamming seriously affects the target detection accuracy of short range air defense fuzes,an improved adaptive anti jamming algorithm based on fractional order domain is proposed. The interference factors of a monolithic millimeter wave detection system are analyzed, and the impact of noise amplitude modulation interference and noise frequency modulation interference on ranging accuracy is emphatically studied. An improved adaptive anti-interference algorithm based on LMS is used to denoise the echo signal.Considering the limitations of time-domain adaptive filtering in low signal-to-noise ratios,an improved adaptive anti-interference algorithm based on fractional order domain is proposed.Simulation experiments show that both adaptive filtering algorithms in the time domain and fractional domain can achieve interference suppression, but the improved fractional domain algorithm still has better results at low signal-to-noise ratios. Finally,an experimental platform for a monolithic millimeter wave detection system is built to conduct outfield ranging experiments and anti-interference simulation experiments, and then the output results are processed and analyzed.Experiments show that the detection system can not only achieve accurate ranging of the target, but also reduce the average ranging error of the improved algorithm when the interference signal to noise ratio is-10 d B.In addition,it also verifies the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive anti-jamming algorithm in fractional order domain.
