| With the continuous improvement of the intelligent level of automobiles,the digitization and networking of automobile HMI central control panel has become the mainstream trend of automobile intelligent cockpit design.The vehicle center control screen is an information carrier for human-computer interaction.It not only provides drivers with safety-related driving assistance information,such as map navigation and auxiliary warning,but also provides drivers with interactive information in the cockpit,such as music,air conditioning and cockpit lighting.It can be seen that the interaction effect between the driver and the control screen in the vehicle HMI is closely related to driving comfort and driving safety.There are differences in the position of the automobile HMI center control screen of the existing models,but there is no definite conclusion on the position of the automobile HMI center control screen.Therefore,this paper will evaluate the position of the control screen in the automobile HMI as a starting point for research.The interaction between the driver and the control screen in the HMI of the car is divided into two ways,one is touch interaction through hand movement,and the other is visual interaction through visual search.In order to make a comprehensive evaluation of the position of the automobile HMI central control screen,we analyze the position of the automobile HMI central control screen from the above two ways.The research is divided into two parts,one is the evaluation of the position of the automobile HMI central control screen based on the characteristics of hand movement,and the other is the evaluation of the position of the automobile HMI central control screen based on the eye movement index.The research of this paper is divided into the following three parts.The first part is to evaluate the position of the car HMI control screen based on the characteristics of hand movement.Firstly,the hand movement process of the driver touching the car HMI control screen is analyzed.It is found that the hand movement characteristic value of the driver performing the driving task during the driving process has a cluster effect of overall stability and local fluctuation.At the same time,this kind of data change rule is consistent with the characteristics of price fluctuation data in the securities market in economics.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the comfort and safety of the control screen process in the HMI of hand touch vehicle through the evaluation method of price fluctuation risk.Then,combined with hand motion characteristics and time series GARCH model,a position evaluation model of automobile HMI central control screen based on hand motion characteristics is constructed.Finally,the correlation between driver ’s hand movement volatility and vehicle lateral control,vehicle longitudinal control and driver ’s subjective evaluation is analyzed,and the correlation between hand movement characteristic volatility and the above indicators is tested by Spearman correlation test.The verification results show that there is a strong correlation between the fluctuation rate of hand motion characteristics and the mean value of vehicle lateral offset,lateral acceleration,the mean value of brake pedal depth and the subjective evaluation score of drivers.Therefore,it is determined that the fluctuation rate of hand motion characteristics is related to operation comfort and driving safety.According to the characteristics of hand motion,the position of control panel in automobile HMI can be evaluated.The second part is to evaluate the position of the control screen in the automobile HMI based on the eye movement index.Firstly,the relevant indicators of the driver ’s visual search are analyzed,and the saccade angle threshold,saccade time threshold,fixation time threshold and the difficulty coefficient of different interactive tasks in the interactive interface are determined.According to the practical significance,these indicators are normalized by the membership function to obtain a linear weighted evaluation model.In order to calculate the weight coefficient of the model,this paper selects the random forest calculation method to calculate the weight of the index.By analyzing the establishment principle of the decision tree,it is determined that the Gini coefficient in the random forest algorithm can characterize the importance of the index.The Gini coefficient of different indicators is normalized to obtain the corresponding weight of the index.Finally,the normalized index is brought into the evaluation model of the position of the control screen in the automobile HMI based on the eye movement index,and the quantitative evaluation value is calculated.In order to verify the validity of the model evaluation,the correlation between the evaluation value calculated by the model and the subjective evaluation value of the driver is analyzed.The correlation coefficient is 0.935 calculated by Pearson correlation test,which proves the validity of the model construction.At the same time,the vehicle driving parameters such as acceleration,speed and brake pedal stampede are also analyzed.The Spearman correlation test is used to analyze the correlation between the position score of the control screen in the automobile HMI based on the eye movement index and the vehicle driving parameters.It is found that the position score of the control screen in the automobile HMI based on the eye movement index is negatively correlated with the mean value of the brake pedal stampede depth.The correlation coefficient is-0.573,which further proves the effectiveness of the model construction.In the third part,the relationship between the position score of touch interaction and visual interaction and the X,Y and Z coordinates of the control screen position in the automobile HMI is analyzed(with the center of the steering wheel as the coordinate origin),and the intersection of the optimal position of touch interaction and visual interaction is taken as the optimal position of the control screen in the automobile HMI.The position 6(right front upper)(45.00 cm,25.00 cm,35.00cm)is the optimal position in the selected position.The research results of this paper can provide design basis for the placement of control screen position in automobile HMI. |
