Construction industrialization,which is an effective way to transform and upgrade the construction industry,can significantly improve labor productivity,accelerate construction speed and improve project quality.However,its development is constrained by multiple barriers.Innovation can improve product quality,reduce costs and increase efficiency.However,under the complicated and ever-changing economic environment,it is difficult for a single subject to successfully innovate due to various constraints such as resources,market,information and technology.Construction industrialization innovation is a system engineering,which requires the cooperation of multiple parties to realize the evolution from a single linear model to networked innovation.Through networked innovation,various resources can be optimized,so as to improve the innovation ability of each subject,reduce the innovation risk,and achieve the purpose of promoting construction industrialization and realizing common development.The behavior of the construction industrialization innovation network is influenced by the complex relationship among the subjects,and the structure and scale of the network evolves with the changes of each subject.Therefore,how to correctly understand and grasp the complex relationship between subjects of the construction industrialization innovation network and the law of network dynamic evolution is worthy of in-depth study.This study firstly identifies the primary subjects of construction industrialization innovation through literature analysis,then constructs the relationship network through questionnaire survey and Lasso method,and measures the centrality index of each subject based on network analysis method,so as to determine the core subjects of the network.Then,based on the identified core subjects,with the help of evolutionary game theory and reciprocity theory,the game models of two parties and multiple parties of construction industrialization are constructed.The parties’ stabilization strategies are analyzed by replicating dynamic equations and phase diagrams,and the Jacobi matrix is calculated to obtain the equilibrium solution of the evolutionary game.Finally,the simulation parameters are set in accordance with reality to map the role of each subject in the construction industrialization,analyze the influence of each factor on the evolution path,and reveal the evolution law of the construction industrialization innovation network.The results show that(1)universities and research institutions,suppliers and construction units are the core subjects in the innovation network of construction industrialization,while financial institutions and government are in a more independent position in the innovation network.(2)In two party games model,when the network benefits are lower than the costs,both sides eventually choose not to join the innovation network.When both network benefits are higher than the cost,reasonable planning of network benefit distribution coefficients,reducing "exclusion power",network innovation risk,network cost,and improving initial willingness and innovation resource transformation capacity can help promote heterogeneous construction industrialization enterprises to join the innovation network.(3)In the multi-party game,for construction enterprises,increasing network benefits,giving moderate incentives and penalties,formulating reasonable benefit distribution,and reducing network cooperation costs and speculative gains,can promote their maintenance of innovation networks.For research institutions,if network revenue is too small,parties tend to leave their innovation networks.Appropriate government incentives and penalties,reduced network costs,speculative gains,and reasonable revenue distribution,can promote the maintenance of innovation networks by research institutions.For financial institutions,increasing the level of incentives,increasing penalties,and reducing network financing costs help promote their financing behavior.This research result enriches the theoretical study of construction industrialization and innovation network,and provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for realizing the adjustment and directional guidance of cooperation behavior of construction industrialization innovation subjects and strengthening the feasibility and effectiveness of policy implementation.
