Research On Government Incentive Mechanism In The Process Of Construction Industrialization

As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of our economy.However,the current domestic construction industry is still dominated by traditional extensive production methods.Problems such as high consumption of resources and energy,low labor efficiency,and high environmental pollution still exist,which is contrary to the current green,healthy and sustainable development concept advocated in China.Under the current ecological civilization background,accelerating the development of construction industrialization is an important way to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and an inevitable trend in the development of the construction industry.Insufficient,the willingness of enterprises and consumers to take the initiative to choose construction industrialization is low,and the development path of construction industrialization is relatively slow.Through the review of domestic and foreign literature and the collection of relevant examples,drawing on foreign advanced development experience and research on the current domestic actual development,it is found that the reasonable guidance and effective incentives of the government can promote the orderly and healthy development of construction industrialization.However,the current government The guidance and incentives of the project are not strong enough,and the current incentive policies related to construction industrialization in China are still not perfect.Based on evolutionary game theory,the article builds a game model to analyze the impact of government incentives on enterprises and consumers' willingness to choose construction industrialization.According to this,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of construction industrialization.The article first elaborates the conceptual connotation of construction industrialization,and compares it with traditional construction methods in detail,analyzes its advantages,and explains the theoretical basis of incentive theory,expectation theory and evolutionary game theory.On this basis,the relevant guidance and incentive policies promulgated by the government during the development ofChina's construction industrialization are combed in detail,the actual impact of government incentives on the development of China's construction industrialization in recent decades is analyzed,and the current development of construction industrialization is analyzed.The existing problem is believed to be due to the lack of sufficient strength and guarantees by the government to encourage construction companies.It is difficult to achieve the desired incentive effect.The willingness of construction companies and consumers to choose construction industrialization is not strong,and it is difficult to stimulate the supply and demand markets at the same time.Thirdly,based on the two decision-making bodies of construction enterprises and consumers,the evolutionary game model of government and construction enterprise and the evolutionary game model of government and consumer were constructed respectively,and their evolutionary stability strategies were analyzed to verify the transmission effect of government incentive mechanism.Finally,MATLAB software was used to simulate the key influencing factors.According to the conclusions of the evolutionary game model,effective countermeasures and suggestions are given from the perspectives of construction companies and consumers.The conclusion shows that the government should further establish its leading role in the process of construction industrialization,play its role as a “leader”,actively encourage technological research and development,improve the construction industrialization related industrial chain,and actively reduce the cost of enterprises and consumers choosing construction industrialization;At the same time,when formulating effective economic incentive measures,the government should pay attention to the long-term characteristics and focus on the long-term benefits of construction industrialization in environmental and social aspects,and work together with enterprises and consumers to promote the rapid and rapid development of construction industrialization.
