| In 2022,China’s auto sales accounted for 33.5% of the global market share,ranking first in the world,and its auto exports exceeded 3 million,ranking second in the world.The continuous boom of the auto market has brought a large number of orders to the upstream auto parts manufacturing enterprises,but the large number of orders did not bring the rapid growth of profits.The rising cost of raw materials,price competition among manufacturers,price reduction from the auto manufacturers,increasingly high labor cost and other factors have compressed the profit space of the parts manufacturing enterprises.How to stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees,improve the utilization efficiency of human resources,and realize the overall improvement of individual performance and organizational performance are inevitable problems that manufacturing enterprises will encounter when maintaining profit rate.As an important part of human resource management,performance management plays an important role in the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.As the department with the largest number of personnel in the manufacturing enterprise,the manufacturing department needs a set of perfect performance management methods to realize the efficient use of personnel,to complete the departmental objectives,and to help the enterprise achieve strategic objectives.After studying the relevant theories and management methods of performance management at home and abroad,this paper takes the employees of the manufacturing department of an auto parts manufacturing enterprise as the object to carry out the optimization research of performance management.Through questionnaire and interview survey,it finds out the current problems of performance management operation and analyzes the causes of the problems.After determining the optimization objectives and principles,Combined with corporate strategy,this paper proposes specific solutions to the problems existing in performance management,involving performance planning,performance implementation,performance appraisal,performance feedback and performance result application.At the same time,it also puts forward safeguard measures starting from the aspects of corporate culture,capital,informatization and organization.This paper intends to realize the progress of human resource management and the promotion of core competitiveness of the enterprise through the optimization of manufacturing department employee performance management,to achieve a win-win situation for employees and enterprises. |
