With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Improving their management capabilities is an effective way for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness.Performance appraisal is an important part of enterprise management,and its management level directly affects the market competitiveness of enterprises.At present,there is a certain degree of mismatch between the performance appraisal system of many enterprises and the speed of enterprise development.Therefore,timely improvement and perfection of the performance appraisal system of enterprises is of great significance for improving the level of corporate performance appraisal management.As a professional kitchen and bathroom product manufacturer,S Company has some problems in the performance appraisal system,which restricts the development of the enterprise to a certain extent.This article uses the literature review method and questionnaire method to analyze the problems in the sales employee performance appraisal system of S company,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to optimize the design of the sales staff performance appraisal system of S company,and proposes corresponding safeguard measures.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,and research content and methods.The second part is the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis.In the definition of related concepts,the concept of performance and performance appraisal is defined;in the common methods of performance appraisal,the key performance indicator method and the 360-degree appraisal method are introduced;in the related theoretical foundation part,Summarizes Maslow’s hierarchical needs,motivation theory,fairness theory and goal setting theory.The third part is the current status of the sales employee performance appraisal system of S company.The satisfaction of the sales employee performance appraisal system of S company is investigated through the questionnaire;the results of the questionnaire mainly discuss the reliability and validity test,sample basic information,index satisfaction and index difference analysis;On this basis,the problems in the performance appraisal system of S company’s sales staff and their cause analysis are put forward,including imperfect performance appraisal system,insufficient scientific performance appraisal index setting,imperfect performance appraisal incentive mechanism and lack of two-way communication in the appraisal process.The fourth part is the optimization of the design and optimization of the performance appraisal system for sales employees of S company.First,it outlines the overall design goals and principles;secondly,the design of performance appraisal indicators,including the basis for index selection,determination of appraisal indicators,and determination of indicator weights based on analytic hierarchy process;again based on fuzzy The evaluation and implementation of the comprehensive evaluation method,including the quantification of index subordination,the measurement process and the measurement results;finally,the design and application of the results feedback of the sales staff performance evaluation of the S company.The fifth part is the guarantee measures implemented by the sales employee performance appraisal system of S company,which mainly include organization guarantee,system and culture guarantee,talent guarantee,training guarantee and operation guarantee.Research can effectively improve the performance appraisal level of S company sales staff,and at the same time provide a reference for the sales staff performance appraisal management of the same type of enterprises.
