We Will Promote The Design Of Public Spaces For Living And Supporting The Elderly Under The Urban Development Plan For The Elderly

In the context of China’s aging society and the need to solve the problem of pension strategy,to promote the active development of tourism and pension industry,carry forward the inheritance of characteristic folk intangible cultural heritage culture,the development of the resident and pension industry has become a new economic growth point for the transformation and development of the cultural and tourism city of Huangshi,Hubei Province.Through the scientific and reasonable design of public space for the elderly,we can provide more convenient and comfortable high-quality services for the elderly.The design of public space for sojourn and elderly care is a kind of comprehensive public space integration planning,with cultural,old-age,functional and artistic design.Through the understanding and analysis of the domestic and foreign resident pension industry,the advantages and disadvantages are compared comprehensively,and some mature design experience is used as a reference.With the large-scale development of tourism and the birth of modern pension demand,tourism scenic spots pay more attention to the design quality of public space,many residential pension public space design is single,lack of systematic aging and artistic integration.The design scheme of this project aims to solve the elderly people’s demands for living in the elderly.Through the design of living in the elderly complex,it integrates the resource sharing of eco-tourism in the city of Ewangcheng and Jinhua pension apartment,and forms the coexistence of various functional Spaces and cross-comprehensive organisms.This paper investigates and studies the public environmental attributes of scenic spots from the perspectives of "living" and "pension" respectively,analyzes the design concept and strategy,mainly from three aspects: optimizing the spatial layout,improving the public space facilities,and regional characteristic culture.The integration and symbiosis of historical culture,folk intangible cultural heritage,tourism and old-age care use design means to show the characteristics and connotation of public space culture,reflect the socialist core values,has been people-oriented purpose.The design of a sojourn public space complex for the elderly with local characteristics.The topic optimizes the tourism endowment resources in the scenic spot through the complex design of the public space for the living and the elderly.The re-integration and distribution of resources can help the tourism industry and the pension industry break the barriers of public space and form a new complex mode of business forms.While solving the problem of the elderly population living for the aged,it can also promote the virtuous cycle of urban economic employment.But because of the recent development of the residential care industry,the design of public space for the elderly is still at its primary level,and there are still many shortcomings in the research on this subject.The design industry of public space for residential care is in a period full of opportunities and challenges.Drawing on excellent design experience at home and abroad,and constantly improving it through practice,it can better serve the aging society in the future and help more elderly people solve the problem of residential care.
