With the continuous innovation of science and technology and the rapid development of economy in China,more and more self-anchored suspension Bridges have reached new heights in span.As the span of self-anchored suspension bridge increases,the secondary stress of main cable increases correspondingly.In addition,the secondary stress of the main cable can be caused by the manufacturing error of the main cable,the uneven material and the constraints of the saddle and clip.Therefore,the secondary stress of the main cable can not be ignored,and the study of the secondary stress of the main cable has become an important subject.Combined with the engineering example of Yuanshuo Bridge in Bahe River,this paper conducts stress analysis and dynamic characteristic analysis under the completed state of the bridge,and studies and sensitivity analysis on the secondary stress of the main cable of the self-anchored suspension bridge based on cable clamp stiffness.The main work and results are as follows:(1)Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software,the calculation model of Bahe Yuanshuo bridge was established without considering the influence of cable clamps.By comparing the calculation model of Bahe Yuanshuo Bridge with cable clips,the stress of each main cable increases correspondingly,with the maximum increase of 3.80%.(2)Based on ANSYS platform,the influence of the secondary stress of the main cable at the exit of the cable clip was studied by changing the values of the elastic modulus,thickness and length of the cable clip,and the variation rule of the secondary stress of the main cable was obtained.(3)Through SPSSAU data scientific analysis platform,the design scheme of orthogonal test was determined,and the range analysis and sensitivity analysis of each parameter were carried out on the test results.The sensitivity degree of elastic modulus,thickness and length of cable clip to the secondary stress of main cable was determined.There are 72 figures,16 tables and 81 references...
