The development of straddle monorail traffic technology is gradually improved in China,but the research on the influencing factors of lateral vibration of straddle monorail traffic is rarely reported.This thesis studies influencing factors of the lateral vibration of the straddle monorail vehicle track beam coupling system using pseudo excitation method,and discuss the reasonable control parameters of the lateral vibration of the straddle monorail system.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)This thesis uses the principle of total potential energy with a stationary value in elastic system dynamics and the ‘set-in-right-position’rule for assembling system matrices,considers the elastic contact relationship between vehicle tire and track beam and the side deflection characteristics of tire,and introduces the coherence between vehicle tires for the first time when establishing the dynamic balance equation of straddle monorail vehicle track beam coupling system,finally complies the analysis program with MATLAB software.(2)Based on the basic principle of pseudo excitation method,this thesis extends and deduces the method when the structure is subjected to multi-dimensional and multi-point partially coherent stationary stochastic excitation,applies the method to the straddle monorail transit system,and verifies the influence of coherence on the vibration response of the system through a specific example.(3)Taking Chongqing straddle monorail Z206-25 linear PC beam as the engineering background,this thesis estimates the maximum value of the system response by using the principle of ‘three times the standard deviation’.On this basis,the influencing factors of the system stochastic vibration are discussed.It is found that the vehicle speed,vehicle load,tire pressure,track irregularity,track beam stiffness and span have obvious effects on the overall response of the system,However,the weakening of the lateral stiffness of the track beam and the increase of the span have little effect on the lateral acceleration of the vehicle.(4)The sensitivity analysis of the parameters affecting the lateral vibration of the system shows that the contribution of the lateral stiffness of the track beam to the lateral vibration of the system is limited,and the lateral irregularity of the track beam is the most important parameter.The conclusion of this thesis is that the limit of the lateral natural vibration frequency of the track beam can not effectively restrict the lateral vibration of the system.By controlling the lateral irregularity of track beam,the latreal vibration of the system can meet the specification requirements.
