With the continuous update and development of science and technology,more and more cutting-edge technologies,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and big data are applied to the Internet of Vehicles and automatic driving,which brings a lot of convenience to our daily travel.At the same time,it is possible the location deception that occurs will bring great potential safety hazards to car owners.How to effectively protect users from location spoofing attacks and illegal access to location information at a time when the key technologies of global satellite navigation systems and vehicle-road collaboration are highly developed should attract great attention from users,relevant service providers,and regulatory authorities.Based on the classic TDOA-based wireless signal positioning technology,this paper analyzes and considers the actual GNSS location spoofing attacks of self-driving cars,researches and implements the location anti-spoofing algorithm in the vehicle-road collaboration scenario,and proposes a Chan-Taylor-based Location anti-spoofing algorithm and trajectory privacy anti-spoofing algorithm,including the interpretation based on Chan positioning method and analysis of algorithm characteristics in multi-base station,the algorithm principle of Chan-Taylor joint positioning and the positioning accuracy comparison with the single-Chan algorithm,trajectory privacy based on trajectory suppression combined with sensitive location probability estimation anti-spoofing algorithm design and implementation and experimental analysis.The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows:1.Propose the characteristics of positioning accuracy of Chan positioning algorithm in multi-base station and the results of analysis and comparison with Chan-Taylor joint positioning algorithm This paper analyzes the specific calculation process of three base stations and multiple base stations for the Chan algorithm in the TDOA wireless positioning algorithm,and for the positioning points within the geometric range enclosed by multiple base stations,Chan algorithm has a good positioning effect,and with the increase of the number of base stations,the positioning accuracy of the positioning points is higher; introduces the algorithm principle of the Chan-Taylor joint positioning algorithm under vehicle-road collaboration and conducts relevant experimental analysis and comparison,and draws the conclusion that the positioning accuracy of the joint algorithm is better than that of the single-Chan algorithm.2.Propose a location anti-spoofing algorithm based on Chan-Taylor in the vehicleroad collaboration scenario This paper proposes a location anti-spoofing algorithm based on Chan-Taylor in the vehicle-road collaboration scenario,without considering the impact of extreme environmental conditions such as packet loss in the tunnel network,using the positioning data of the Chan-Taylor joint positioning algorithm and GNSS compared with the positioning data of the satellite,if the distance difference exceeds the threshold range set by the algorithm,it is determined that the target is deceived by the location.Through experimental analysis,it is concluded that the algorithm has a better position anti-spoofing effect.3.Propose a trajectory privacy anti-spoofing algorithm in the vehicle-road collaboration scenario This paper proposes a trajectory privacy anti-spoofing algorithm in the vehicle-road collaboration scenario.The algorithm is designed and implemented by combining the trajectory suppression algorithm with the sensitive location probability estimation algorithm,and in the under different experimental conditions such as different user movement trajectories,different security parameters,and different sensitive locations,the performance verification of the algorithm is carried out in terms of trajectory path security,data loss rate,and probability estimation accuracy,providing a basis and reliable method for trajectory privacy protection.In this paper,TDOA data set is generated by combining the wireless location data of real test site,and the location anti-spoofing algorithm is simulated and realized.In the verification of the location anti-spoofing algorithm based on Chan-Taylor,it has a high algorithm recognition rate for the location spoofing attacks within 2 meters.In the anti-spoofing algorithm based on trajectory privacy,the probabilistic prediction module is more accurate and reliable,and effectively inhibits the paths that do not meet the security requirements,achieving the desired effect.
