The Vehicular Networking(VN)is a very important part of the intelligent transportation system in the future.Its main goal is to provide communication services for various vehicle nodes and traffic facilities.First of all,vehicle nodes can interact with other vehicle nodes or roadside units through the VN to obtain the status of surrounding vehicle nodes and traffic conditions,to form a safe and efficient traffic environment.Secondly,the driver and passengers can realize information query,location navigation and other functions similar to the Internet through the VN.Location privacy-related services can make the VN more intelligent,but also make the privacy of vehicles more easily monitored.In this paper,an in-depth study is made on location privacy protection of some low-density vehicle driving scenes,mainly including the following aspects:1.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research background and significance of the field of VN,and the privacy protection sub-field of VN,and then summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of the privacy protection field of VN.Finally,the basic knowledge of location privacy protection in VN is introduced.2.Based on Stackelberg incentive mechanism,a privacy protection model of dynamic mixed zone location assisted by virtual vehicles is proposed.This model analyzes the game between the leader(the target vehicle is renamed to the vehicle point)and the follower(the virtual vehicle generator),and gives the optimal strategy and utility under different conditions when the number of internal compromise monitoring nodes changes.This model reduces the probability of internal compromise monitoring node responding to renaming demand and its monitoring probability,improves the vehicle position privacy in low-density mixed zone scenarios and balances the communication cost paid.Through experimental comparison,it is proved that this model has superior position privacy protection ability compared with other schemes in low-density vehicle node scenarios.And it Reduces redundancy of virtual vehicle beacon messages.Location privacy increased by 7.65% to 15.65%.3.A position privacy protection model for the mixed zone of virtual circle group based on the assistance of constant speed virtual vehicle is proposed.This model introduced virtual vehicles nodes to form a virtual circle group of external connection to monitor nodes,application of non-cooperative game model analysis of hybrid vehicle,the game between the node and the associated monitor node based on this model makes the external connection to monitor node speed,distance forecast target increase renamed the difficulty of the vehicle location,enabling goals changed a pseudonym before and after the transformation of old and new vehicles pseudonym of probability is reduced,and deciphered by relevance to the low density of mixed zone scenario vehicle location privacy and balance the cost of communication.Through experimental comparison,it is proved that this model has superior position privacy protection ability compared with other schemes in low-density vehicle node scenarios.And it has reduces redundancy of virtual vehicle beacon messages.Location privacy increased by 3.37% to 4.73%.
