Aiming at the problems of slow measurement speed and easy influence of temperature in the current laser ranging system,a design scheme of double optical path laser ranging system based on temperature compensation algorithm is proposed,which can improve the measurement speed without losing the measurement accuracy.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper expounds the principles of various laser ranging methods,including pulse method,triangulation method,continuous frequency modulation wave method,interference method and phase method,comprehensively compares their advantages and disadvantages,and determines the laser ranging method used in this paper.Then,according to the application environment of the laser ranging system,the optical path parameters of the whole system are determined,the laser diode and APD avalanche photodiode are selected,and the optical structure for fixing the laser tube,receiving tube and focusing lens is designed.2.The factors affecting the real-time performance of laser ranging are analyzed,and the methods to improve the real-time performance of laser ranging are determined to shorten the time spent on completing a ranging,compensate the accuracy decline caused by improving the real-time performance,and maintain its original accuracy.3.The hardware circuit of the whole laser ranging system is designed,mainly including MCU module,frequency generation module,boost circuit,laser modulation circuit,laser power negative feedback circuit,laser receiving circuit and RS485 communication circuit.For each hardware module,the corresponding lower computer program is designed to make each module work normally according to the expected function..4.The prototype of short-range real-time laser ranging is made,and the experiments of laser ranging stability,accuracy and real-time are carried out.The experimental results show that the ranging stability,accuracy and real-time meet the initial functional requirements,which is of great significance for ranging occasions with high real-time requirements.Figure 52,table 11,reference 80...
