In the electric system,the temperature monitoring of electrical equipment is a very important work,at present the main method of temperature measurement is contacting,due to the existence of security risks,so this paper proposes a non-contact infrared temperature monitoring methods of substation electrical equipment,designed an infrared temperature monitor with automatic distance correctionThis paper introduces the basic principle of infrared temperature measurement,analyzes the main factors that affecting the infrared temperature measurement,and puts forward the method of distance correction compensation to reduce the influence of distance on temperature measurement,then introduced the basic principle of laser ranging.Combined with the actual needs of the project and the existing conditions,the overall design of the system and the design of laser ranging scheme are put forward.Then design the system circuit,including the microcontroller circuit,measuring environment temperature with DS18B20,infrared temperature with MLX90614,design laser ranging module circuit,man-machine interface circuit and power supply circuit;The PCB board of the system is drawn,and the welding work is carried out.Compile the system code,including the main control program code,environmental temperature acquisition with DS18B20,infrared temperature MLX90614 temperature acquisition code,laser measurement program code and interface code etc.Finally,the software and hardware debugging of the whole temperature measurement system is completed,and the main function of the infrared temperature monitor is realized.
