Analysis Of Traditional Patterns Of Lu Brocade And Cultural Creativity Product Design Research

Lu brocade,also known as Lu Southwest brocade,is the most representative folk textile of the Lu Southwest region and was selected for the National Intangible Heritage List in 2008.It is an important art form that has been developed over thousands of years under the traditional culture of the Yellow River and Confucianism,and it also represents the cultural needs of the working people of the south-west of Lu and their endless expectations for a better life.Lu brocade has a long history,but with the development of the times,a series of problems have arisen in recent years.Based on this background,the research on Lu brocade and cultural creative product design is carried out in the following aspects:Firstly,the purpose and significance of the research are summarised and the feasibility of the research is explored.The research is based on field research,the artistic style of Lu brocade is summarised through literature research,the analysis of Lu brocade objects and Lu brocade cultural and creative products collected during field research,the key problems and innovations to be solved,and the outline of the research to provide guidance for the next design practice.The project will provide guidance on the direction of the next design practice.Secondly,the research on Lu brocade will be conducted from three aspects:historical conditions,geographical conditions and folk customs,and the artistic style and composition characteristics of Lu brocade will be summarised to explore the cultural connotation behind Lu brocade,so as to build a theoretical bridge for the in-depth design and research of the project.Again,on the basis of the cultural connotations of Lu brocade,the patterns are digitally extracted by combining emotion,meaning and form,and are reconstructed,omitted and abstracted under the design rules of balance and symmetry,change and unity,rhythm and rhythm,harmony and contrast,etc.The patterns are innovatively redesigned while preserving the traditional characteristics and connotations of Lu brocade,providing pattern materials and ideas for design practice.Finally,on the basis of research on Lu brocade culture,analysis of cultural and creative products,and methods of cultural and creative product design,combined with the contents of the questionnaire survey and innovative Lu brocade patterns,the design practice of combining Lu brocade with cultural and creative products is carried out,and a series of cultural and creative products integrated with Lu brocade patterns and Lu brocade culture are designed.Lu brocade is an important expression of the historical development of the nation.Through the study of the history and culture of Lu brocade and the design of cultural and creative products,it can not only increase people’s interest in life,but also let them appreciate the unique charm of national culture.
