In recent years, with the gradual implementation of the green building development plan and the deepening of the government’s green building materials procurement pilot application,cold-formed thin-wall steel structure has been developing rapidly in China. At present,OSB board and gypsum board is the structure of the housing cladding panel often selected panel, paper straw board this new material has gradually entered the domestic market.Compared with other panels, paper straw board has the advantages of sound insulation and noise reduction, short production cycle of raw materials and environmental protection in the production process. However,at present, there are few studies on this type of board as a composite wall covering panel. With the continuous development of cold-formed thin-wall steel structure buildings from low to high level and their application in high-intensity areas,It is necessary to improve the seismic performance of this type of building. Therefore,on the basis of a large number of relevant literatures, this paper uses finite element simulation analysis and theoretical research to study the seismic performance of this type of wall,so as to provide reference for the application of related composite wall. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.On the basis of the existing reference tests, the finite element model corresponding to the test specimen was established, and the finite element simulation analysis was carried out on the model. The simulation data were compared with the data obtained from previous tests, and the yield displacement error was within 12.4%,the simulation results were consistent with the test results, which proved that the finite element simulation model had certain effectiveness.2.Based on the correct and effective finite element model, related parameters of the composite wall are changed, including the shape, thickness, bending Angle, screw spacing and related parameters of the column in the wall.By analyzing the influence of various parameters on the seismic performance of composite wall,it is concluded that the yield load and yield displacement of composite wall with built-in corrugated steel plate are increased by 75.16%and 72.43%,respectively,compared with that of composite wall with flat steel plate. The thickness of side column, the distance between screws and the distance between columns have a great influence on the bearing capacity of the wall. The greater the thickness of column, the smaller the distance between screws and the distance between columns, the greater the yield load of composite wall.3.Three methods commonly used to calculate the shear capacity of this type of composite wall are introduced. The effective strip method is used to calculate the shear capacity of the composite wall to illustrate the correctness of the data obtained from the finite element model analysis. Then, based on the data obtained from the simulation, the formula derived from the shear flow method was modified for the thickness of different corrugated steel plate, the thickness of keel column and the spacing of self-tapping screws on side column, among which the correction coefficient was γ=0.25t1+0.32t2-0.07.Finally,the calculation results of the formula were verified again.
