As an important node in the railway freight network,the technical station needs to carry out a series of technical operations every day to complete the daily production plan,in which the marshalling of detaching and attaching trains is an important and complex work.The quality of the shunting operation schedule which guiding the marshalling operation of the detaching and attaching trains significantly affects the work efficiency of the technical station.An optimal shunting operation schedule can effectively save the shunting operation time,the occupation time of the locomotive,and reduce the consumption of lines,wagons loss and energy consumption at the same time.The traditional evaluation indexes of shunting operation schedule such as the number of shunting hooks and wagons transferred,they can hardly comprehensively and carefully characterize the quality of shunting operation schedule,and it is difficult to provide effective guidance for the preparation of shunting operation schedule.Therefore,taking the energy consumption generated in the process of shunting operation of detaching and attaching trains as the starting point,this thesis analyzes the traditional evaluation indicators of the quality of shunting operation schedule,obtains the relationship between energy consumption and traditional indicators,and then obtains the optimal shunting operation plan,which mainly includes the following contents.(1)Analysis of shunting operation schedule indicators of train detaching and attaching.By analyzing the shunting operation process,this thesis studies the actual impact of the number of shunting hooks,shunting operation mode,the number of wagons transferred and the number of shunting lines on the quality of the shunting operation schedule.On this basis,it is proposed to comprehensively analyze the quality of the shunting operation schedule based on the energy consumption generated in the shunting operation,which is more in line with the actual situation of the technical station.According to Newton’s second law and the calculation method of work,the calculation method of energy consumption of the shunting locomotive in the case of uniform speed movement and uniform speed movement is summarized.(2)The optimization model of shunting operation schedule of train detaching and attaching is constructed,and the solution method is designed to generate the shunting operation schedule.Considering the optimization objectives such as the number of connecting hooks,the number of sliding hooks and the number of wagons transferred,a mixed integer programming model is constructed,a heuristic algorithm based on the idea of branch and bound is designed to solve the model,and multiple groups of shunting schedule of detaching and attaching trains under different conditions are obtained by adjusting the weight coefficients of each sub objective,which lays a foundation for subsequent computer simulation experiments and energy consumption analysis.(3)The simulation model of shunting operation of detaching and attaching trains based on agent is constructed.Through the logical analysis of the shunting operation process of train detaching and attaching,the simulation model of the shunting operation of the detaching and attaching trains under the two shunting operation modes of pushing shunting and rolling shunting is constructed by Anylogic,and the quality evaluation indexes of the shunting operation schedule such as the number of shunting hooks under each shunting hook and the number of wagons transferred are counted and verified through the simulation model,Combined with the proposed energy consumption calculation method of shunting operation schedule,the energy consumption in the process of shunting operation is obtained,so as to complete the extraction of traditional evaluation indexes and energy consumption of shunting operation schedule of train detaching and attaching.(4)Using the preparation method of shunting operation schedule,multiple calculation examples of three initial train States and 11 shunting operation plans under two shunting operation modes are generated,the proposed simulation model is tested,and the comparative experiments under different shunting speeds are added.The simulation model can achieve the expected simulation effect,and obtain the quality evaluation index and energy consumption of shunting operation schedule of detaching and attaching trains.This thesis analyzes the traditional indicators of the shunting operation schedule of detaching and attaching trains based on the energy consumption generated in the shunting operation process.It can be seen that using the traditional quality indicators is difficult to truly and accurately reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the shunting operation schedule.The shunting operation schedule quality with the best single index is not necessarily the best.It is necessary to coordinate the indicators such as the connecting hooks and the sliding hooks,and carefully determine the weight.When preparing the shunting operation schedule,various factors including the number of wagons in the group number and shunting operation modes shall be comprehensively considered to obtain a shunting operation schedule of detaching and attaching trains closer to the actual production.
