Railway dispatching department is the nerve center of railway transportation organization,which is responsible for centralized and unified command of daily transportation organization activities.Car flow dispatching is one of the cores of the whole dispatching work.Nowadays,the phenomenon of large fluctuation of car flow on the railway network occurs frequently,which brings challenges to the dispatching work.It is necessary to master the car flow distribution on the railway network in real time to judge and predict the transportation situation in the region.At the same time,the railway dispatching is developing intelligently and is committed to replacing human experience with intelligent technology.Situation assessment and deduction are the basis.In this paper,car flow distribution is studied from the perspective of situation,the main contents are as follows:Chapter 2 firstly defines the concept and connotation of the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway.It is put forward that the ideal heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway is the comprehensive embodiment of the vehicle distribution and car flow composition conforming to the technical plan,the normal transportation rhythm of car flow,the normal operation of the station and the timely fulfillment of the task of the boundary.In order to analyze the influencing factors of the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway,the operations of each link in the freight car turnover process are analyzed in detail,and the influencing factors are attributed to four categories: cargo flow structure,train operation within the region,train exchange within and outside the region,and loading and unloading in stations.Chapter 3 subdivides the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway into four sub-situations: traffic composition,traffic transportation,station operation,and boundary operation,according to the key links of railway freight transportation.Characterization indicators are selected for each sub-situation,thus forming an assessment indicator system for the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway.The matter-element extension method is selected for situation assessment.Through the steps of dividing the situation level,determining the evaluation standard,constructing the matterelement,calculating the indicator correlation degree,and comprehensively considering the subjective and objective weights to determine the weight value of each indicator,the matterelement extension model based on combined weights is constructed to assess the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway.Chapter 4 proposes an optimization-driven method for deducing the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway.In order to solve the problem of estimating the formation content of departure trains,the railway freight transportation process is constructed as a space-time network,an integer linear programming model is established.The flow of heavy and empty car under various operations at any time and the formation content of each train are obtained.Then,the values of various evaluation indicators at any time can be counted and calculated,substituting into the situation assessment model to calculate the situation level,so as to realize the prediction of the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway at any time in the deduction period.Chapter 5 takes the railway network within Lanzhou Railway Bureau as an example to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method for assessing and deducing the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway.The results show that the proposed situation assessment model can reasonably represent the heavy and empty car flow distribution situation in regional railway and evaluate its level.The proposed train formation content estimation model can obtain the optimal solution of the actual problem within 1s,and then can obtain the car distribution status in regional railway at any time in the deduction period,and realize the situation prediction combined with the situation assessment model.
