Heavy haul railway is playing a key role in balancing the mismatches between the resources production and consumption in our country.The study of the subject about collaborative organization of loaded&empty freight car flow in heavy haul railways will help to boost the energy matching efficiency and to save the transportation cost,suggesting quite some importance and practical inspiration for construction and application of comprehensive transport system of modern energy in China.This paper collects advantages of domestic and foreign research results and explores issue of empty freight car distribution and of loaded car flow organization in depth fully considering the distinguishing feature of the transportation organization pattern and facilities of the rail lines and stations in heavy haul channels,detailing innate nature of car flow organization and proposing a set of targeted principles and approaches.Main research contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,this paper specifies the organization optimization of loaded&empty freight car flow in heavy haul railways as the object of research,clarifying research route of the paper from with the meso level.This paper discussed the fundamental theory relevant to procedure of empty car distribution and loaded car flow organization such as the characteristics,operation pattern and technical operation process.Then the research idea is identified to conduct the organization optimization research from the aspects of loaded freight car flow,empty freight car flow and loaded&empty freight car flow.Secondly,according to the analysis of feature of heavy haul railway transportation organization in our coutry,with the consideration of various constraints such as capacity constraints of the rail lines and stations,this paper builds optimization models by discrete time-space networks for empty freight car's dynamic distribution and organization of loaded car flow respectively;After that,based on synergy theory,empty car distribution and loaded car flow organization are associated by process of loading and unloading.Dynamic loaded&empty freight car flow organization optimization model is eventually established,which is taking the minimum traveling spending and time deviations in satisfying demand as objective function,and then the adaptability and characteristics of the optimization model is preliminarily analysed.Thirdly,genetic algorithm and genetic simulated annealing algorithm are introduced to solve this work based on the analysis of the feature and difficulty of the dynamic loaded&empty freight car distribution optimization model for heavy haul railways.The solving strategy and algorithm for initial basic initial solution are first proposed,the basic principle of two algorithms is given and then the process and procedure of designed genetic simulated annealing algorithm such as coding and generating the initial solution is illustrated.Finally,the strategy and plan of dynamic loaded&empty train flow organization can be obtained based on an example of Bao-Shen railway line,the important coal-transporting channel affiliated to Shenhua Group.The algorithm's effectiveness and practicability of the optimization model that is for dynamic loaded&empty freight car distribution of heavy haul railways can be demonstrated,offering meaningful reference for car flow organization of coal-transporting heavy haul railways.
