| Professional dynamics simulation software is the main means and tool to solve complex railway vehicle dynamics problems. At present, the dynamics simulation software widely used in the railway industry is mainly desktop commercial software. In terms of scalability, desktop commercial software does not provide source code, and only provides limited secondary development functions. There are difficulties in algorithm integration for some specific industry problems that require in-depth development. In terms of simulation project management, the simulation process of the existing desktop commercial software is highly independent, making it difficult to carry out efficient project sharing and multi-user collaborative simulation. In addition, there is a large license risk in the current international situation.Based on the concept and model of cloud simulation, this thesis establishes the framework of the cloud simulation system for railway vehicle dynamics based on the computing architecture and develops the corresponding prototype system and pre-and postprocessing modules. The system adopts an overarching approach of "layer from the vertical aspect, section from the horizontal aspect".It abstracts the interaction layer, application layer, logic layer and calculation layer from the simulation process and opens the resource exchange and data flow between each layer through the resource plane and the data plane. Finally,a cross-platform,multi-terminal railway vehicle dynamics cloud simulation system is formed. At the system framework level, pluggable technology is used to decouple the solver and pre-and post-processing.The problem of tight coupling between algorithm solver and preand post-processing modules is solved from three aspects: algorithm integration, function invocation and application deployment.Separation of concerns between algorithm researchers and system developers is achieved. In the pre-processing module, data verification and resource preview are used to improve the efficiency and accuracy of simulation parameter input, and the simulation resource combination technology based on metadata is developed to solve the problem of simulation resource reuse and multi-person collaborative simulation. In the post-processing module, the cloud rendering technology is applied to solve the performance problem of real-time 3D rendering of post-processing scenes in the web application, thus a smooth post-processing rendering and visualization under multi-terminal platforms is realized.Communication technology is adopted to achieve both real-time and replayable scene rendering and simulation results viewing functions. The system is verified by the simulation process of EMU vehicle-line coupling dynamics and compared with the pre-and post-processing functions of the desktop dynamic software SIMPACK.The result shows that: the system can not only provide most of the functions of the pre-and post-processing modules of traditional desktop dynamics simulation software, but also has certain advantages in real-time result rendering, scalability, and multi-person collaboration efficiency. |
