| Building a safe,convenient,green,efficient and economical new generation of intelligent urban rail transit is an important measure in response to the national strategic policy of sustainable development.Energy-saving train technology is usually divided into operation strategy optimization and schedule optimization to achieve the goals of safety and efficiency,low-carbon environmental protection,energy conservation and economy.At present,the theoretical research of energy-saving technology is becoming more and more mature,but the engineering application is still in the initial stage,which needs a lot of testing work.However,due to the limitation of time cost,labor cost and equipment,commercial simulation test software came into being,such as Open Track,Rail Sys and so on.The existing simulation test software is mostly developed for timetable arrangement and design,which is suitable for the analysis,design and optimization of railway.The operation strategy is fixed,and the performance in universality and scalability is poor.There is no commercial software developed and verified for train operation optimization technology.Therefore,building an urban rail train operation simulation and verification platform with the functions of speed curve optimization and timetable simulation is of great significance to the development and verification of energy-saving train technology.Focusing on the effect verification of train speed curve optimization and timetable optimization,this paper analyzes the demand of urban rail train operation simulation platform,and constructs the overall framework of vehicle network integrated simulation verification platform.In order to reduce the coupling degree among modules,the simulation platform is divided into sub modules: centralized control center module and analog centralized scheduling system.The on-board equipment module is responsible for train operation supervision,train operation protection and automatic train control.At the same time,it also has the functions of temporary speed limit server and moving block center;The train traction solution module simulates the actual train operation;Traction power supply simulation module is responsible for power flow calculation of traction network;The performance calculation module is responsible for verifying the optimization effect of speed curve and timetable.In order to be more compatible with theoretical research tools and engineering application tools of train operation optimization,the functions of each module are realized by joint programming of C and MATLAB.Based on the speed curve optimization algorithm and schedule optimization results,the function and application of the simulation verification platform are tested.Firstly,by constructing various urban rail train operation scenarios and designing simulation test examples,the results show that the simulation platform can provide support for the development of speed curve optimization algorithm and timetable verification.Finally,the optimization algorithm of subway train speed curve developed and tested by the simulation platform is integrated into the train auxiliary driving board of a Beijing metro line to complete the real vehicle test.The test results show that the optimization effect predicted by the simulation platform is basically consistent with the actual train optimization effect,which proves that the simulation verification platform can highly simulate the real train operation system. |
