The upgrading of the construction industry to green,efficient,economical and environmental protection has become a new requirement in recent years.Focusing on integration,high production efficiency and pursuing green prefabricated buildings is the best choice for the transformation of traditional buildings.Driven by carbon neutral and other policies,prefabricated buildings have achieved rapid development,and the market scale of PC components,which is the most widely promoted component,has been expanded again and again.In order to improve their competitiveness and enhance supply stability,enterprises pay more and more attention to the supply chain management of prefabricated buildings.However,there are many participants in the PC component supply chain of prefabricated buildings,and the coupling between enterprises in the chain is increasing.When emergencies occur,the supply chain is more likely to be disturbed and lead to supply failure,which is very detrimental to the continuous progress of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the supply chain optimization of prefabricated building PC components under supply failure.By arranging and analyzing domestic and foreign literatures,this paper briefly describes the connotation of the basic concepts involved in the supply chain of prefabricated building PC components,and analyzes the risks it faces in detail combined with the current situation of the prefabricated building supply chain in practice.Based on this,a single-cycle PC component supply chain cost-resilience decision-making model under two procurement modes is constructed under the scenario of supplier capacity decline and supply failure caused by emergencies.Considering the resilience strategy of backup supplier supply and redundant capacity supply,taking the total cost and recovery level of the supply chain as dual objective functions,the optimal combination of phased resilience strategies to deal with sudden supply failure events is sought.And compared the two modes of the construction general contractor’s partial sharing and full sharing of suppliers,to dicuss the effect of the relevant parameters on the decision indicators when the supply chain uses the resilience mechanism to deal with failures.Finally,a multi-cycle PC component supply chain cost-resilience decision-making model is established,a production capacity recovery strategy is introduced,and the optimal management strategy of the supply chain after supply failure is studied to realize the rearrangement of the supply plan.Combined with numerical example simulation,it is found that the supply chain with resilience building has better ability to cope with disturbances,which can reduce the total cost of the supply chain after supply failure to a certain extent,which verifies the validity of the model.This paper focuses on the resilience construction of the supply chain of prefabricated building PC components under supply failure,which can not only help companies make resilience management decisions in the context of supply failure,but also provide ideas for companies to optimize supply chains and improve competitiveness.This is conducive to the long-term development of my country’s prefabricated construction industry.
