With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,the scale and types of projects are increasing day by day,and EPC-mode prefabricated buildings are becoming more and more common in the implementation of construction projects in China.This model requires the contractor to be fully responsible for the quality,cost,safety,progress,communication and coordination of the whole construction project.On the one hand,the EPC-mode assembly construction project itself has problems such as large specifications,complicated procedures,multiple levels of problems involved in supply chain management,and many participants.On the other hand,with the increase of emergencies in recent years,the frequency of supply chain interruptions has become higher and higher,resulting in increasing losses,which has gradually attracted experts and scholars to enhance the toughness and performance of supply chain.In order to master the structure of EPC-mode assembly building supply chain toughness system and its influence mechanism on supply chain performance,and provide reference for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of supply chain toughness and supply chain performance in the future.Therefore,this paper analyses the impact of supply chain resilience on supply chain performance from the perspective of a general contractor,based on the field of EPC-model assembly construction.Firstly,based on a review of relevant literature domestic and foreign,the current development status of EPC-model assembled construction at home and abroad is analyzed,and a theoretical overview of the four characters of construction supply chain management,resilience,performance,logistics and transportation management,and customer satisfaction levels is presented.Secondly,a theoretical hypothesis model of supply chain resilience by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,EPC model of prefabricated building performance model is established.Data were collected and analyzed through a questionnaire,and the theoretical model was analyzed empirically and qualitatively using AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 26.0 mathematical statistical analysis software,including factor analysis and causal path analysis.The model results were analyzed to determine and verify the correctness of the path assumptions,and to analyses the extent to which each capability indicator influences the resilience of the supply chain,logistics and transport management,customer satisfaction and supply chain performance,as well as to analyses the proportion of each factor in each dimension.Finally,the theoretical hypothesis that the EPC model assembly building’s resilience supply chain has an impact on its performance is confirmed by the empirical analysis.The results show that: improving the speed of product delivery,achieving the target profit rate and controlling the damage rate of components are the most important factors affecting the supply chain performance;responsiveness,resilience,adaptability,forecasting ability and learning ability all contribute positively to the supply chain resilience to varying degrees;the general contractor of EPC-model assembled buildings has a positive effect on customer satisfaction,logistics and transportation and supply chain performance when improving its supply chain resilience.The general contractor of EPC-model assembled buildings has a positive contribution to customer satisfaction,logistics and transportation management,and supply chain performance when improving its supply chain resilience;customer satisfaction and logistics and transportation management have a positive contribution to its performance.This paper explores the influence mechanism of supply chain resilience on the performance of EPC-model assembled construction supply chain management under the background of sudden risk is studied,which provides a new perspective for improving supply chain performance and contributes to the promotion of EPC prefabricated construction and enriching the theoretical research in this area of construction supply chain management;at the same time,the study dissects the structure of the supply chain resilience system and its influence mechanism,while providing a theoretical basis for empirical research on supply chain resilience.The study also provides a theoretical framework for empirical research on supply chain resilience.Figure [7] table [12] reference[88]...
