With social and economic development,the railway sector needs to have stronger adaptability to market changes.The station operation plan stipulates the operation arrangement of the station line and equipment,which is a further refinement of the train timetable at the station.It is of great significance for the effective completion of daily transportation production tasks.However,at present,due to the insufficient grasp of information,it is difficult to fully consider the actual transportation work plan of the station section when compiling the train timetable,during the intensive period of train arrival.This may cause insufficient station connection capacity and affect the implementability of the train timetable.Therefore,this paper proposes a three-level management model for the State Railway Group-Railway Bureau-station section,and designs a collaborative compilation system for train timetable for three-level management,discusses the key issues of system technology and system business,so as to improve the refinement level of train timetable compilation and management.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current train timetable,including frequent and difficult adjustments,deviations from actual transportation work,and low participation in station sections.In view of these problems,a three-level management model for the station section of the State Railway Group-Railway Bureau is proposed,and the connotation and necessity of the three-level management model are discussed.The three-level model is analyzed and elaborated in detail around the aspects of management organization,management system,timetabling principles,responsibilities at all levels and business processes.(2)Based on the three-level management mode of the station section of the State Railway Group-the Railway Bureau,this paper analyzes the business requirements and system architecture of the train timetable collaborative compilation system whose two-tier physical architecture,three network domains,and four functional blocks were designed.In addition,considering the need for off-site timetabling and the problem of excessive system load,the core function of the train timetable collaborative compilation system in the three-stage mode is selected to be realized in the PaaS platform.And the technical architecture and data management of the system in the PaaS platform are designed.(3)Considering the importance of train timetable to station transportation work,this paper proposes a model for the collaborative compilation of train timetable and station operation plan.The model aims at the functions with the least total train travel time and the least possibility of conflicting with the station operation plan.The model aims at the functions with the least total train travel time and the least possibility of conflicting with the station operation plan.The results show that the total travel time of the suboptimal train timetable obtained after the adjustment of the optimal train timetable is increased by 75 minutes,the objective function value increased by 0.27%,but the possibility of conflict of the station operation plan is reduced by 7.04%,and the station operation plan structure is better.The train timetable and the station operation plan are optimized at the same time.
