With the sustained and stable development of China’s economy as well as the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,Ren min have higher expectations for more convenient and fast transportation modes.And the high-speed railway meets the needs of us with its advantages of stability,reliability,convenience,energy conservation and environmental protection.The pantograph catenary system transports energy for high-speed train through the continuous and stable sliding contact between strip and contact line.However,the sliding contact of the pantograph strip along the catenary is bound to cause the wear of the contact pair surface.Due to the differences of the hardness of the contact line and the strip,the profile of the contact pair and the space-time proportion of the contact surface,the pantograph strip is more easily worn.Therefore,the pantograph strip needs to have higher conductivity and wear resistance.Based on the wear law of high-speed pantograph strip and the wear mechanism of metal impregnated carbon strip,a wear prediction model suitable for metal impregnated carbon strip is established in this thesis.Then by considering the influencing factors of the wear profile of the strip,the prediction model of the wear profile of the metal impregnated carbon strip is established.And the details are as follows:Firstly,based on the strip wear record data provided by a train set depot and the corresponding train mileage record information,the relationship between the wear rate of high-speed pantograph strip and train mileage is analyzed.And the differences of pantograph strip wear laws of different marshalling trains are analyzed and compared.Then,the running state of the pantograph strip of an 8-units train in the whole life cycle is tracked and monitored,and the real current collection condition of the pantograph strip of high-speed pantograph is revealed.Secondly,the main wear mechanism of metal impregnated carbon strip of high-speed pantograph is studied by doing surface micro morphology analysis,surface element composition analysis and roughness analysis of worn surface samples of the metal immersed strip after worn to the limit in the actual line.Then,based on Holm Archard’s adhesive wear model,a wear prediction model considering current collection current,contact resistance,arcing and off-line ratio of pantograph and catenary of metal impregnated carbon strip is established.Then,the pantograph catenary coupling models of double strip and single strip pantograph are established,and the established pantograph catenary model is verified by standards.Then,the distribution law of contact force along the transverse direction of the strip at different operating speeds is analyzed by simulation.Finally,the main factors affecting the wear profile of the strip are analyzed,and the prediction model of the wear profile of the strip is obtained by bringing the main factors affecting the wear profile of the strip into the prediction model of the wear rate of the strip.The final wear profile of the strip has been predicted by bringing all the monitored pantograph operation data into the strip wear profile prediction model.And comparing with the actual wear profile,the effectiveness of the strip wear profile prediction model has been verified.
